3 90 minutes will certainly get you feeling goood. have you tried the 120 min? A local bar had it not too long ago...3 of those and i could barely stand lol. kept drinking nonetheless.

and i have a pretty decent glass collection too - i love my tulips . my friends keep breaking my glasses though....and i love my stone pint glasses (stone brewery w00t)

i'm playing wisest wizard right now with a couple friends. my staff hath grown in earnest. level 11 thusfar. keystone lights taste like asshole in my mouth but it is ok. fuck it.

My buddy brought me one from new orleans.. man its strong, like drinking pure malt.

I got a 4 pack from the brewery a few months back, have been told to age it for a few years. Have had it before and wasn't hugely keen but met the founder of the brewery last year and he said it was best to lay it down.

I've been drinking this alot lately. There is something about the taste of unfiltered beer that is really refreshing to me.

a recommendation from me:

I'd like to thank the city of Prague for teaching me to drink beer like a fish

picked up a 6pack of Warsteiner last night and got a free toque to go with it....BRAP!

Avery Hog Heaven Barleywine Style Ale, 9,2%

and later on i opened an Anderson Valley Hop Ottin IPA, 7%

don't know what will follow, but maybe a Nyn�shamns Sotholmen Extra Stout, 7%

I had a really weird beer day yesterday.

Went to a pub and drank a few pints of Newcastle and Bodinger. My gf picked up a box of 6 tall cans of Faxe 10%...total rat piss but man does it hit you hard. Finished the night with a few cans of Dortmunder and posted a bunch of shit on here that i don't remember doing.

sounds awful. i can't drink the cheap stuff with an alcoholic percentage over 6. it's just the regular 5% stuff with a few drops of cheap liquor in it. i've never tried faxe, but i tried some crap called Atlas that was well above 10% while in Amsterdam.

i love strong beers.

more along the lines of Duvel and Delirium Tremens though.

La Maudite and La Fin Du Monde are decent too...

The Faxe might not have been tasty but the liver damage was worth it.

New bar in West Hollywood, The Surly Goat, tapped their Pliny The Younger yesterday. Today I'm enjoying some Pliny The Hangover.

Ugh, there's some of that hardcore shit here that's just revolting. Maximator was the one that I had. I couldn't deal with it at all.

I like stronger Belgian beers and the Unibroue stuff was great when I lived in Canada. This other shit like Atlas or Maximator is just wrong.

Augustiner Maximator? Not particularly hardcore IMO...

Picked up a bottle of this tonight. Had it on draught last weekend ($3 FTW!) and really enjoyed the '08 release. Looking forward to trying the bottled version...
