OK OK, back to the subject at hand "Miami Music Conference" haha. So does anybody know if Space will be releasing/adding a combo ticket for Friday?? The last two years we've been to Space has been on a Thurs & Wed so there hasn't been such a separation of the rooms or different tickets available so this is new to me. What happens if you buy a ticket to each event?? Seeing as it's separate entrances, how would you go about getting a bracelet to each one if you're going INTO Space through a different way? Thanks.

no combo tix, read the earlier pages in this thread, I posted the email that answered that question

the terrace's entrance is in the back of the club so each event will have their own entrance

If they aren't doing pre-sale combos, then I doubt they will have bracelets, unless they sell a few combo passes at the door (doubt it).
That's why I still have my fingers crossed that a combo pass pops up.

aren't the friday tix that list both PVD and upstairs priced at $10 more than the terrace only tix? that might signify they may end up being full-access...

PVD always costs more, no matter what! There are a lot of parties going on Saturday so I am sure Space is trying to keep the cost down on the terrace so people go to it and stay until 4 in the afternoon lol

question, how come they don't have tickets for after 2am? I want to goto lawler on the terrace but don't want to get there till like 5 or 6 am, how would you go about buying tickets for showing up at that time when they only have before 12am or before 2am timeslots?

doesen't make sense to me.

If you arrive after 2am, you usually have to pay the difference between what you paid for the ticket and the door price at that time is what I've heard.

they do it because they charge at the door whatever the feel they can get away with at that moment... it will go up and down during the nite depending on what time it is... as tons of many people go to Space for afterhours there is no real upside to them selling presales for that time period at a lower price than they can get at the door... and sometimes the door price is cheaper anyway... that happened to me in 2008 when we showed up for Morillo sunrise set around 630am and we paid less then to get in ($30) than the presale price was...

so would you suggest i just wait it out and buy tickets at the door then? or should i buy them in advance regardless?

depends on the night. if you're going to arrive between 2am and 5am, you're probably gonna get charged more at the door than for your presale tix. you'll get charged A LOT more if it's really busy. Once you get past 7am or so, not too many people show up anymore, with the crowd slowly thinning inside the club til noon or whenever they close down. at that point, the ticket prices will probably decrease some.

my gut instinct is that at 6am on friday morning, you won't have much of an issue walking up and buying a ticket though of course you never know with Space....

i've never bought a presale with a specific arrival time and then showed up later so i can't personally comment on that. though as others have said, apparently Space just charges you the difference between the price at the door and what you paid....

99% sure its not.

I just actually emailed Louis Diaz from Space about the two different tickets and he gave me this super quick email reply:

"The PvD one grants all access... The Terrace and Loft one is only upstairs w Back door entrance only"

That's just for saturday, though, right?
I emailed Space about Friday a few days ago, and still haven't heard back. I inquired as to whether they were coming out with combo tix like last year, and I also asked them specifically what would happen if a person showed up with both tickets. It's looking more and more like things will be like they were a couple years ago on Friday night, when Sander K was upstairs. They just block the stairwell and, when the main room closes, they only let up people as capacity allows. We will see.... I can't wait for the clusterf*ck.

Yea that's just for Saturday. Looks like no combo tickets for Friday, as mentioned prior in this thread.

Any news on what's going on in the Mainroom on Wed. night with Dice and Carola upstairs?

bought both main room and terrace ticket

hi, a group of us bought both tickets for terrace and main room for friday, will we be able to go from one to the other as we please or how will it work exactly? anyone i can email to ask about this?

as per two posts back: I emailed space and they haven't replied yet.

Right now, all signs are pointing to 'no', because they are being run as two seperate parties with different entrances. I hope I'm wrong and they reply that they will have wristbands for such ticket holders, but i doubt it.

so i phoned up a friend who did the same thing last year, what they did is they entered through the terrace back entrance and they gave them 2 wrist bands, and then once inside there is a basement in the loft that has an entrance to the main room with security that allows you to go back and forth. so should be the same this year

yeah, but last year they were prepared for that because they had sold "combo" tickets ahead of time, so they were prepared with wristbands. Two years ago, no combo tix, so no wristbands. I will most likely get the other ticket at the last minute, and try this as well, but I sure would like to hear confirmation from space.

It'll probably be something awful, if anything at all. Maybe they'll give Boris 2 nights in a row aswell
