For example, cigarettes make me tired because they lower the amount of oxygen circulating in the blood. For the same reason I think is why I'm so fucking cold all the time. Also, it's gotten expensive and I'll save like 40-50 bucks a week this way.
I want to be healthy again. I mean I eat very well and I'm not carrying more than 5-10 extra pounds of fat on me. It's just that I wanna get back in the gym, breathe better and just be a very healthy person. I certainly don't want to be afflicted by any serious illnesses when I'm older, either.
Wish me luck fellas. So far not smoking weed has been a lot easier than I though it'd be so hopefully I can have the same success with tobacco.

I quit when I took birth control - but then I got fat so I stopped both.
Has anyone tried CHANTIX? I'm seriously considering this medication, however would like to hear some first hand testimonials.
As long as you're still smoking the cock, you'll get no complaints from me.

well, there's chantix which somebody mentioned on the other page. and something else i can't remember the name of right now. but i think they work in a similar way, blocking neuro transmitters so you dont wanna smoke and smoking gives you no pleasure.
they can have some pretty serious side effects though. like suicide. the irony is delicious 
oh yeah, zyban is what i was thinking of. helped a mate quit a number of years ago. fucked with his head though, crazy dreams and awful mood swings.

of the people I know who quit, those who went cold turkey did better than those using 'help' and most put it down to the fact that they didn't have anything to blame but themselves if they started up again. Good luck, PKC. Stu, get on it.
