They are a fairly pushy dog if you don't train them well Bas. Most of the bigger ones are even if they have a gentle nature, my aunt used to have a Rottie and a Rottie-Basengi cross that had good manners up until they really wanted something like food or a walk and then they'd misbehave for attention.
They also used to bite the crap out people they didn't know.

Nah, they where guard dogs so essentially anyone scaling an 8ft fence got what they deserved. They actual sight of someone getting their legs and junk destroyed by two big dogs is... unpleasantly memorable.

Did anyone look at that link I posted? Why would anyone get a dog that you have to tell something to 20 times before it sinks in? Fuck that.

That list is just a general aptitude though. Huskies aren't rated that much higher than Great Danes, and mine is much more obedient than the two Kerry Blue Terriers and the Poodle my parents used to have.

I concur. The guy is kinda aggressive himself, and liked to wrestle with his dog and get it all revved up all the time. He pretty much taught his dog to be that way. In the end he was like, "We just couldn't keep him calm... there was nothing we could do." I thought to myself, bullshit- that's learned behavior.

Chihuahua/Min-Pin. Sweetest dog in the world. Hard to teach anything to after her turned 2. He isn;t like any other chihuahua i've ever seen, but still has some of the stupid characteristics



And my purebred Miniature Pincher (smart, but so dumb too!) She will watch me show my other dog a trick twice, then you can turn and tell her to do the trick. BUT, she has an obsession with lights that reflect on the walls, she knows they are just lights, but she loves chasing them. So fucking stupid!!!




So there, make fun of my dogs... They are both only about 5 pounds. My wife was babysitting the black one (Tequila) for my mom when he was a puppy, and we never gave him back. He was always lonely since we work. So my mom got us another dog (Kahlua).

My wife managed a dog store for years, so i've seen many variations of every breed. Any dog can be trained well. It's not anyone place to talk shit on another persons dog choice. They way they raise it is fine to talk shit on..

So I just called the corgi lady, she's got a litter due at the end of April and I'm going to send her my deposit. I can't wait!
