I wouldn't be going to gay afterhours if I was and I wouldn't have spent any time in the company of gay people and at their homes. But I have. I guess it's kind of a weird place to be. To be totally accepting of somebody yet not at the least bit embracing them. And fuck you Ryan, you fucking f@ggot. |
I'm in it for the life lessons (VAR ACCEPT MY FACEBOOK INVITE)

I don't see homosexuality as a positive thing for society. I also don't see it as a negative thing. I see it as something that just is. However, I do see acceptance of homosexuality as a positive thing for society. Different people have different brains and are attracted to different things. I don't see how that is bad for society in any way whatsoever. Society hasn't fed me the idea that its okay, actually; I grew up going to an extremely conservative school that basically told me that all gay people should be killed. Science has just told me that there is nothing wrong with being homosexual and it's natural. People are born gay. People are born straight. People are born bisexual, transexual, pansexual, etc, etc. People are born asexual. It doesn't matter. Everyone's brain is just wired different. The only reason you dislike the idea of homosexuality is because you have been fed the idea that it's bad, unnatural, and wrong. |

I am one of the most open-minded, liberal and [I like to think] forward-thinking people that I know, but unless you are gay, the only reason you would see homosexuality as a positive thing is that society fed you the idea that it's ok, and in fact encouraged to think so. |

Aside from the influence of genetics and others prenatal factors, I think that people are basically blank slates when they are born, and immediately begin to be influenced and shaped by their environment into the kind of person that they are. |

I think Nou is an authority on this subject. Let's ask him.

| Originally posted by DJRYAN I'm quite sure how to structure what it is I wanna say. But I think you're looking at it from a different perspective. The thing is society doesn't say its okay. They don't say its not okay. What science says is that human beings do not reproduce that way and if humans don't produce that way then its just unnatural which naturally means its not "right". Society doesn't say it, it just is. |

Well anybody who thinks homosexuality is okay must be gay.

Do you support Gay Marriages?
I guess actually one way I can look at the whole thing is that it is actually good in that it limits population growth in a somewhat small and limited way.
Well I have a set of gay uncles. I do find your views on the matter to be somewhat offensive, but you're certainly entitled to them.
