idgaf, but I LOVE MY RANGERS!

Extremely happy for how far they have progressively gotten throughout the recent years- especially meeting my expectation of reaching the semi's. Unfortunately, they got gassed out and they did all they could have done- I couldn't ask for more. Look forward to the next season already. Dev's outplayed us the last 2 games by a large margin and it's all good, not going to hate. Their fans, most at least, are just pathetic. They win some, they come out the closet and talk a load of soft baby shit. And I say closet bc, where was everyone when they got shutout twice? Not even a peep from one fan.

Funny how I watched the last game with a TA that happened to be Devil fan as well, SebG lol It was cool, mad respect..I def didn't have anything against you..I just wasn't in the mood to talk at all whatsoever after taking the L.

anyways, I said whatever team arose from this series would have a hard time beating the Kings. So, good luck to Marty.

Chilling... Still here.

I said the same thing about having a tough time against LA. That's why I didn't even make a prediction for the final.

LA is just schooling us like they would have done to the RAGS. No big deal. Hurts to watch but hey, we're in the final.

Proud of the Devils nonetheless with whatever happens.

What happened to the Rangers? O wait...

They're still rebuilding. TROLOLOL!

Coming from a shit fan base who 80% of season ticket holders are corporations.

You know what's hilarious? I was actually at game 6 when we beat your shitty team. I was surrounded by 7 of your lousy "fans" and they were trash talking the whole game... As soon as we won in over-time, I've never seen an opposing team leave the arena so quickly like they, and the rest of them did. GREAT fans the rags have.

One of your "I made up a stat without any factual backup just because I can"-argument.

Well, the Rangers are still selling 100% of their tickets. Devils? Not so much (87.4%, 22. worst attendance% in the league). Like I said earlier, enjoy this while you can. There might be no Devils in few years.

Oh, and it doesn't matter when you lose if you lose. Only winners will be remembered.

he'll be even more tight when parise comes to the rangers

Rangers are selling 100% of their tickets due to CORPORATIONS. Thanks for pointing that out. Shit, I've been given plenty of front row seats to rangers games for FREE. I've taken advantage of that maybe a handful of times if it was a good game, the rest, I made some cash. How many of those attend the game actually care? Or better yet, the best, HEY, HOW MANY QUARTERS IN A HOCKEY GAME? I've been asked that plenty of times in MSG.

Devils "87.4%" are legitimate FANS(not corporations). Furthermore, there are already 3,500 NEW season ticket holders for next season. Great, another fool with the "maybe no Devils in a few years" comment. I'm pretty sure our owner, Mr. Vanderbeek, will have us in Newark for MANY years to come. With our long run in the playoffs, ticket prices, merchandise sales, food/drinks, the 30+ concerts the Rock has been host to, he will surely come close to making the $80 million we owe.

You might be mistaking us for the Islanders or Coyotes with the relocation thought.

Winners will surely be remembered. That WIN over your shitty RAGS for the ECF was damn satisfying. Even better to witness it in person and seeing the rags fans running out.

PARISE TO THE RANGERS??? Doubt it will EVER happen. I could honestly care less if he leaves. We have lots of young talent that will slip right into his place. Just look at what Adam Henrique did coming up from the AHL, or even Gionta.

To be honest, Parise has a better chance of going to Detroit.

Funny part is that I actually met Parise's neighbor. He's a county Sheriff, came into my job around the time Parise was injured, and we had a 20 minute conversation. He mentioned talking to him a few times and saying Zach was heavily leaning on going to Minnesota, or DALLAS! Minnesota being his home town would be a great option, and they have some serious talent. Dallas, well his good friend on the team, Lagenbrunner, and the GM Joe Nieuwendyk. I'm sure both of them will influence him so way or another.

Like I said, I could care less if we lose Parise. I'm looking it as 50/50 right now.

I'm never tight.

Yes, I've been in Devils games as well, as my friends have bought tickets and dragged me along. Trust me when I say this, the attendance% in Devils game is a joke. From all the arenas I've been, only AA-center in Dallas has been quieter than Prudential Center. It is a problem, and you have to admit it. If you can't admit to the fact your team is seriously struggling to get more fans to the arena and is in some serious financial situation, you sir, are more oblivious than I thought.

There is no point of taking your "all the Devils fans who attend to the games are legitimate fans"-argument seriously, because it clearly is not true. Yes, the Rangers sell all the tickets and big thanks for that goes to corporations who buys those expensive lower bowl seats. (One reason why they are expensive, supply & demand..) But, that applies to lower bowl only. Rangers are more attractive to people and it's just common "supply and demand"-question once again (which I disagree as we have been trying to get season tickets for a while now and always had to settle for partial plan instead). So by you saying that it's -only because- sounds like jealousy to me.

I'll take few suits over half empty arena any day.

You can hope Prudential Center and the Devils can attract more people in, but some serious work has to be done. A good start would be that the Devils fans would start showing some love to their team and fill up their own arena. I mean, C'mon, the tickets are ridiculously cheap.

And no thanks to Parise. We already have better (and cheaper) player who plays the same style than him. GMs have already started the bidding war and while he is a $4-5mil guy, undoubtedly some sucker is going to give him $6-7mil and I just hope it wouldn't be Sather.

And you should know better before saying "there are already 3,500 NEW season ticket holders for next season" that there is always almost equal amount of subscribers who discontinues their plans. Bias statistic, yet again.

But anyhoo, good job for getting to the finals.

Only to get swiped. Shame.

Peace.

So much for the sweep. In Marty's entire career, he has never been swept.

They might as well keep that Stanley Cup in the box till game 7.

DEVILS IN 7!!!
