A friend of mine who would get stomach aches from drinking rice water was someone I had in mind when I wrote my reply from earlier. I think he has been drinking milk for a year now with no problems. So it looks like my theory worked for his case.

I'm pretty sure that some people will get ill sooner then others, even if they both are lactose intolerant. And probably there even are people who are lactose intolerant and still won't get very ill from drinking milk daily.

I was wondering how many people or % need to get ill from eating or drinking something before in general you can say it's not good for your health.

Who knows. It tastes so good and makes me feel great though.

hey guize, can I get a tl;dr on this?

I quit drinking milk when I was 5, but I use it in food and cereal, and eat yoghurt from time to time. It tastes like sweetened water with chalk added.

So, is it bad for you or is it good?

It depends whether your body is used to it or not. Nutritionally speaking, it's fine for you in moderation.

There are some studies that suggest that it may be bad for you, but if you are the type of person that consumes foods until they proven With great certainty to be unhealthy, then drink up.

not all cheeses taste better with age. mozzerella tastes best fresh out of the water. it only takes 2 hours to make. raw milk cheese also tastes better fresh. i'd kill your mom for some fresh raw milk camembert right now. see also...poutine cheese. bacteria is for real men, fuck your freedom cheese.

How do you do the only cheese at this store is "American?" Bacteria is definitely for real, because without it, you and I wouldn't be typing to each other right now.

because it is illegal to import raw milk cheese that has not been aged in the united states. federal law. anthony bourdain had a great quote on this. something along the lines that he loves america, but scratches his head as how you can easily buy an assult rifle there, but not real french cheese.

that being said, the cheese voted best in the world 2 years ago was from quebec . it made front page news in france and gave them an identity complex.

I'll have to look the next time I'm there. French cheese doesn't ring a bell from imported cheeses I have seen there, which would make sense from what you say. I'm actually headed there today for my milk, so I'll look at the cheese section to see what I can find!

all un aged raw milk cheesfe is illegal to import , not just from france.

Just got back and they had raw milk cheese from Italy and Spain.

you don't know how to read do you? it's aged. good thing mark anthony is the brains of the operation.

Almost on a daily basis.

I have some sort of light milk if I have muesli or porridge in the morning.
With coffee obviously I'll have full cream as the froth is much better and it mixes better with coffee.

Plenty of cheese and yoghurt on a daily basis too.
You get lots of calcium, protein, fat and it is also fantastic for your immune system, especially if you're drinking full cream.

This is why Paleo people are crazy. Not to mention that dairy products are delicious.
