Agreed, its one of Rayel's tracks thats NOT overhyped... look at Aeon of Revenge or his remix of Serenity - they're average tracks at best and they have tons of hype. 550 Senta actually deserves the praise.

W&W have been significantly worse this year - Lift Off! is #3 in the beatport overall top 100 chart, that should give you an idea of what their appeal is now - to big room house artists.

If you look at tracks like Alpha and and Mustang and compare them to these tunes there is a massive difference in BPM and overall sound.

Perfect Love. Decent tune, didn't expect it to make it this high though!

I'll Listen will be in the top 3. If Suddenly Summer makes it this high, I'll Listen will most guaranteed be higher because A) people think its a much better track overall, and B) it was released in the second half of the year - meaning that its fresher in people's minds for their top 5.
