EXACTLY. I agree. But it would help if I knew the girl's name, at least Otherwise, 100% agreed, USMC_Greg!

im 16 and im not a virgin.

gave it to my love

Posted by tranceman78 on Oct-26-2002 02:25:

I lost mine at the ripe old age of 16. It was with a "slut" which I think has helped me in the long run. I think the "sluts" can teach you things that another virgin could never or wouldn't be comfortable showing you(remember, it's their first time too). They can give you tips and let you know if you were good or not, which you can use for future reference. However, I'm not recommending everybody go out and get a $2 dollar hooker. Just make sure it's someone you're comfortable with, and always use protection. You don't want to contract something on your very first try.

All I know is that we had several exchange students from Brazil when I was in highschool. On one of the girl's first day at the school she showed up not wearing any underwear. Now my school had a dresscode so all the girls wore plaid skirts, and plaid skirt + no undies = heaven . Don't worry man, everyone in my school loved your country.

It happens to be the national pride for some, and the national shame for others

Here's a thread about it: http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...&threadid=71466

Now let's get back to the virginal conversation

Posted by sothis on Oct-26-2002 17:35:

just read this thread for the first time, i have a few comments.

quote:
do you want to remain pure for your future mate or not.

statements like this really bother me. the concept of sex and "purity" has been overglorified and exagerated through our history through the church. before there was a concept of the church, do you think people waited to have sex? sex is a natural thing. sex is not a budding rose that you should cherish and give to someone. we are animals. you dont see cats and dogs and monkeys waiting around because of some moral unwritten code that humans have been conditioned to believe over the years... so why should humans be any different?

i can understand wanting to wait because you want to be with someone you love, whatever. but "purity"? so since ive had sex with someone, i am somehow tainted? i dunno, i just think thats garbage. sex is a normal, healthy, natural thing... i dont see why its bastardized so much and turned into this huge huge huge deal, when in reality, its just not. its a penis going into a vagina, people... if something entering you is a big moral issue and makes you unpure, then, shit, why isnt is unpure to kiss with tongue? thats something entering your body.

i could go on and on about this but i dont want to right now.

as far as the real topic, i lost mine when i was almost 19, at college. i got with a guy that i had met the night before, i didnt care about him, i just wanted to get the first (painful and not fun) time out of the way. thats it. i figured if i got with someone i cared about for my first time, i would probably become all attached and it would really, really suck when we broke up eventually. so, i essentially "used" him to complete my task but its ok, im sure he thought he was "using" me.. muhauahaha

i wholeheartedly mirror what eugene says... there is a certain level of confidence and anxiety that comes along with being a virgin at a later age; in this case, thats why i wanted my first time out of the way.

im sure you know what im talking about... for me, it was always an extra issue to meet someone cool, really like them, but then to have to worry about a) telling them i was a virgin b) doing something i didnt know how to do at ALL, i dunno. extra stress.

so in any event, i definitely dont think kids (16 or below) should be having sex. sex, while it kicks ass and you always just want more (hehe), can cause lots of problems and opens up big doors that you might not want to deal with. defintely wait until you are ready for it... for me, it was at 18. but i would highly advise that you dont miss out on a natural, fun, HUMAN activity for an outdated reason.

and a final comment, im really kind of irritated that everyone whos talking about how they arent a virgin, is saying they lost it to a "slut". what the hell does that make you then?

quote:
I think the "sluts" can teach you things that another virgin could never or wouldn't be comfortable showing you

so anyone who isnt a virgin also is a slut? why is it so ridiculous to believe that maybe that person who isnt a virgin, wanted to have sex also their first time, just like you were doing?! i forgot. theres a huge double standard.

(by a few people's definitions):
-tainted, dirty, unpure, slut, *sothis*.

Posted by DJ Sunburn on Oct-26-2002 17:57:

amen sothis! i couldn't have put it better!!!!!

however i am a sexually active 16 year old...that's cool with me that you don't agree with that. but oh well.

Posted by Lira on Oct-26-2002 18:04:

Sothis, when people say "they had sex with a slut", they don't mean that any non-virgin is a slut. You've got to agree with me that there are some girls that like sex a bit more than usual, and it's not quite hard to have sex with them, right? So, they said that having sex with such girl is good because they're...er...experts

Example: I could've lost mine to a girl that was pretty addicted to sex. I remember some of her 3-laws "code":

1) Week without sex makes me (her) weak (it was another word puzzle in my language)
2) Concept of loyalty: Anal sex is restricted to my (her) boyfriend. ALL other forms of sex don't imply in any relationship, bond and therefore, betrayal.
3) Damn... I forgot this one, but, if you take the laws number 1 and 2, you'll get what we would define as a slutty behaviour

Posted by TranceGiant on Oct-26-2002 19:46:

Hey Maaz, u got a pic of that girl by any chance?

As for me....Oh well..*raises hand* count me in 18....18 1/2 even Why? Pfff....I havent met the right girl yet. By "right" I dont mean perfect, or some1 id like to spend the rest of my life with, just an acceptable girl. Most of the ones Ive met have managed to disappouint me, others are just digusting, uniteresting...bla bla. The bad thing is not the status quo but the dark future, that theres no light at the end of the tunnel i can look forward to. I dont know where and how to meet nice girls. Im not shy, I look....lemme say...not bad at all but hell i just dont meet girls that both look cute ( i dont look for brazilian sex bombs) and interest me (being humorous, spontanous, a bit cynic and intellectual). I dont see myself doing it with some random girl. my first kiss was dont that way and that was enuff..

That's why I put the word "slut" in quotations. Granted, there is a double standard. Sexually active men are often called "playas" while sexually active girls are often labeled "sluts." If you were to go back to my original post and replace "slut" with "sexually active female" it would probably be more politically correct, but I'm a chauvanistic pig with double standards, so I chose "slut". I love "sexually active females." What I originally meant is that you're more likely to learn different techniques, positions, etc... from "sexually active persons" than you would from someone someone who was not as experienced. Thus, this extra information could be used later on to benefit both you and your future partners. And if any of you gals wanna call me a slut, it's ok with me.

Don't sweat it man, I think you're worrying a little too much. Some people have this misconception that Brazil is slut land or something, but most know that is not the truth. I think that North Americans think this way because South America is not as sexually opressed as our countries are. I'll never understand how we can show an entire breast on television, but as soon as a nipple becomes visible people freak out and scream, "Blur that shit out, our kids can't see that," not realizing that every kid will see one some day, so what difference does their age make? I think that sexuality is something that should be embraced, not condemned like it is here. Just be proud to know that some people in the "land of the free" wish they had some of the freedoms you have down south.
