PS New Years is overrated and overpriced. Besides, the peak of the party is never at midnight, it's always at 3 or 4am. The whole thing just seems like a big waste of effort....this year I'm going to a hotel in the falls with my BF and ringing in the new year the way it SHOULD be.

Ya, this'll be my first time seeing him as well...I wish I went last year when I still cared about him as much as I did, but I wasn't 19. Now I'm neutral whether he comes or not. If he comes, then great, we'll all have a blast...if he doesn't come then "meh" it'll be a great day to celebrate the end of semester 1 tho.

If he does come though, then I hope he starts with Universal Nation...wow, what nostaligia that would be Definately would make my night then.

yeah that is true. But it was posted on www.goldclubseries.ca for a week or so but on Nov 4th, any mention of Tiesto disappeared, which is what I find weird. Something must have happened for the webmaster to remove the link.

Since www.amonly.com is still claiming Tiesto is coming in December, I'm thinking that Goldclub management wanted to beef up Digweed's gig for a bit first, then ride Tiesto like hell and spread the word around. Or perhaps something happened....maybe Tijs got whiney....I have heard that he demands quite a bit for his gigs (in terms of equipement and accomodations and alcohol), though I don't know if that is true.

What I liked about a recent set that I downloaded was that he worked his around a few styles of Trance, even to some darker shit in the last twenty minutes.

What's better is that Oliver turns it up a notch for the top internationals.
