Agreed. As far as I've heard from these forums, there are 100 copies. 50 with big DJ's, 50 white labels worldwide.

These have both been out for a while now, and can be found at your local record store. I can get copies of both of these for you if you'd like to order them.

I've been looking for a full high quality rip of Terra Firma - The Adventures of...., the first track on CD 2 of Trancendental Euphoria. I know the track was released, but I've never seen an Mp3 that isnt the mixed CD rip.

there are too many underground tracks to list, but for quite some time i've wanted to have

kristine blond - loveshy [lost witness mix]

probably one of the most breathtaking tracks i've ever heard, and like most of the people on this site, i've heard plenty.

chicane - don't give up [tomski vs disco citizens instrumental]

That's whack. Woody is pretty well known around my area of the US (he lives about 300 miles away), and I'm sure all of would also look down upon his music getting ripped off like that. Go buy it somewhere (anywhere) if you really want it...

Anyone happen to have group rips of Tribal Warriors - Spirits In Love / Electra Drum?

Posted by Prism on Jan-01-2003 01:19:

Sad

Paul van Dyk - Autumn

Not to be an ass but

Enough with the arrogant 'don't share mp3 attitude'. Maybe some people don't have the money to purchase turntables and would still like to listen to tracks that might even be available on 12" (such as myself).

Anyways tracks that I would like a full rip of (and will never find on vinyl)

Age of Love - Age of Love (Mr. Sam Remix)
Damn Noa - Home (Like A Prayer) (Marco's V.ision Remix)
Curve - Cold Comfort (A: D: D's 'In Focus' Dub)

A few others, but for now this is all I can think of.

I thought Curve - Cold Comfort (A:D:D's In Focus Dub) would see a release. I definitely want it!!!

totally agree. funny part is, i guarantee that the people saying this have mp3s that they have not purchased the albums for, so basically they are biased towards certain producers etc. and/or just being a prick.

Posted by Ian on Jan-01-2003 22:42:

Dar - Choices... UK Hard Trance remix from about 1999, never seen a single copy of it on mp3 not even low quality ones

Jak 2 Jak - On My Nerves (remix by sum1) - quality upliftingish tune from 2000 with a mint organ riff in it

Posted by LiquidX on Jan-01-2003 23:01:

U2 - New Years Day ( Ferry Corsten Mix ) on 192 Kbps !

I'm not against ALL sharing of mp3's, just full rips of individual songs. I don't have a problem with the sharing of entire DJ mixes that aren't commercially available. I don't have a problem with sharing individual tracks from DJ mixes.

I do have a MAJOR problem with those that download full rips and burn them to CDR to use on DJ CD players at clubs/raves, thereby profiting from someone else's work. I think that's COMPLETELY lame, and I'd imagine that a number of ppl here that want full rips as opposed to mixed versions are wanting them for. That's hurting the artists, who don't make a whole lot of money from releasing tracks anyway, and it's hurting record stores by taking away sales that they would otherwise have made if not for sharing (and one of my distributors has told me that they've lost 40% of their business due to shops closing their doors...)

There's lots of things in life I'd like to enjoy, but can't afford to purchase them, so does that make it OK for me to steal them? BTW, there's always the possibility of finding them on CD ya know? Though the sharing of rips is making companies less likely to put out unmixed compilations.

There are promo CD services out there where you might find tracks like these, but once again you have to pay for them

The 2 tunes I don't have are both very rare if not impossible to find on vinyl or cd, to the extent I have never seen them anywhere.

As for the cds thing, I stopped buying uk ones because they are all full of commercial filth with the exception of the 3 a year gc or gk type ones, I refuse to pay good money for a cd with 2 tunes out of 40 that are ok, and as a result, i've imported many of my tunes in, from european or japanese releases, but the point is, if we could buy good cds, with mint tracklisting to appeal to the true trance fans, we would
