New to "Prog"

Like the famous saying I once heard, "A mind is like a parachute, it only works when it is open"

With that in mind, I am looking to expand my musical tastes into progressive, and this topic seems to be like the right one to ask my question: what kind of progressive songs should I listen to first, to give me a taste of what prog can be like?
