OMG it's making me drool...unfortunately I have to agree with Dj Smitty that Canada will never see an event like, even though I think there would be huge support.

Maybe place the venue between TO and Montreal, so you get crowds from both cities!!!

I think that kind of line-up is entirely possible. Just look what kind of line-up Aria(MTL) has on June 13th - Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren and Guy Ornadel. This isn't much worse than the line-up you are talking about.

If that Mecca party was
a) cheaper
b) closer to T.O
c) normal party hrs

It would of been such a blast and LifeForce would still be around.

Bal en Blanc lineup is looking pretty good too this year. 514 used to have some parties pretty damn close. Cream was a good one. Toronto had a few too. But parties like creamfields gatecrasher and homelands have SO many djs. Something for everyone

I was at the BitterSweet@BLC 2000 ( where they used 1/2 the BLC - BREAKBEAT ERA, Halo and Roger S.) It was funny, in the morning I realize why they used 1/2 of the BLC ... the Titanic there. LMAO !!!

On a related note, I bought Nyana today and listened to it at work. Good stuff, but it's not his best. A TAD disappointing.

I bought it yesterday too. I liked it, but i wasn't amazed, because its the same thing he's been playing in the last 3 months.

i just bought it to support him, because I did like a few of the tracks, it wasnt completely crap or anything, so why not. Cant wait for him to reach the docks though, I will be there for sure!

he should've stuck with what works, and all magik's worked!!

his new shit is, meh, either hit or miss, like that revolution double cd or some really cheesy remixes under his magik muzik guise (well except ISOS 3 which was fucking brilliant, i'll give him that!)... he used to be really consistent before, putting out strictly quality shit, but lately he's either been hit or miss, unfortunately missing a whole lot more than hitting...

Yes I know that....actually I've known that for quite some time. But since the interview was in Dutch, a lot of us forget that at the end of the interview, Tijs basically contradicted himself by saying he "might go back and do another one, because he realised they started his career and road to success, bla bla." That's paraphrased, but he didn't rule out doing another Magik....just not right now...too many projects, etc. I think there are enough tracks to do another Magik for sure.....he'd just have to go underground and use new producers, rather than relying on MIKE and L-Vee and Yahel, who frankly, have not put out any good uplifting material lately. They're getting to techy for my tastes.
