i take a yoga class mondays and wednesdays for 2 hours...
and i am leg-pressing 200 lbs
at the gym...and i'm doing an eliptical...various machines at the gym. i just have a tummy...i'm doin some abwork so i can get skinny :-P it's gonna take a lot longer than i'd like though
well i know you wouldn't post pics in hear...but you should take some just for you...so you can see yourself improving 
and that sounds like a good routine...i think you can get pretty far doing that...

spot trainin builds muscle doesnt reduce fat .
The stomach and thighs and ass are just resevoirs. You gotta burn all other sources of energy before fat gets tapped. So a 60/40 protein/carb diet and a 1500 cal a day process should help. Knock out 30 mins of cardio a few times a week and make sure you are doing ***Free weights*** not machines. Youll work out harder and lean muscle mass will burn more fat than running and cardio. You just do cardio to get your glycogen recptors goin. Weights are where the fats die.

friendly competition is a great motivation...of course it's really just about both of us kicking ass hahaha 

You could pretty easily lose 2-3 lbs a week. If you want to set a date for March 15 you can say say you want to have lost at least 10 lbs. and I only have a week or so to get my abs rockin cuz Tobias and I got a competition goin @@
Hell probably win, ive never had abs but maybe thisll get a good jump start goin. I plan on getting to about 6% body fat for that day

depends. a 3-5 day fast is nothing. The human body can sustain a 40 day fast before it dies 
Ive done a lot of 3 day fasts. If you read any medical stuff and/or fasting books they talk about what is happening. Just keep hydrated and dont work out/exercise and youll be fine.
And trust me, most people will absolutely not have the will power to do this, so 
How long does it take to go into ketosis?
for women it happens on day 2, men day 3. This is on a water only fast. Ketones are the by product, or "ash", from fat being metabolized in the body. You can get glucose test strips from any pharmacy because normally its something diabetics use.
