DJay CMay, sad you didn't come out tonight... It was fun, booze and buck buckhunter!!
I'm wasted!!
Habs;
I found a non-stop flight to tampa for $67.00 Can I book pah-lease
Epic was a awesome venue! My only complaint is that they have one line for EVERYONE, aka even if you presale you have to go to the end of the line ...witch was about a block/block & a half long. Hannah & I did not want to wait considering it was freezing out, so we went to the front made friends with the bouncer, I called up JT and had him talk to the bouncer and we got right in
ATB had an awesome track list, it's a big club, good sound system, good crowd besides the one guy I saw blowing a whistle at the fucking bar, so I went up to him took it out of his mouth and told him this was not a soccer game.
Tyler I saw you many times but I was upstairs in the front VIP booth and every time I went down to find you you disappeared.
I was expecting taking those shots with you! ...even tho you were playing chauffeur
I saw you close the 20 tag team set but thats pretty much all I saw before ATB came on...
Sad to see JT chopped off his hair
Some videos I took...

Hey, does anyone know what the title of the song is, that has 'what the fuck' in it. One of the DJ's at the ATB gig threw it down shortly before Jack Trash went up on stage.
And Sweetcheeks, is that you as misskristi23 on youtube. If so, your audio quality kicks ass compared to most others.
EDIT: Well duh, maybe if I would have read the last page I would have seen that you said that you posted those videos. Well anyway, audio is good for a camcorder? ya.

I DL'd the Tag-Team set & have listened to it many times. Great stuff!! I really wish I could have seen it live.

And that is kick ass sound quality for a digital camera. Makes me wanna go buy it

Tyler, I demand an ID on the last track you played during the 20 Man competition. It's fucking EPIC (no pun intended)!
This was a Hamptons Production? I don't recognize it in the slightest and it's not on your guy's myspace page (unless I'm just completely missing it).
Sounds like the vocal keeps repeating "Feeling Good". Some sort of Vox you guy's working on?
I demand a Promo Copy if it yours!
05.03.08 | Eccentric Beats 5 Year Anniversary Party / Phil K's B-Day Bash | 18+

Saturday, May 3rd
Black | Bassheadz | Eccentric Beats Present:
Eccentric Beats 5 Year Anniversary / Phil K's B-Day Bash
Featuring Phil K, Leon J, Symmetry Jen & Ricky The Golden Child
This year marks the 5 Year Anniversary of Eccentric Beats. Over that timespan we've brought you the likes of Radioslave, Damian Lazarus, Lee Burridge, Luke Fair and James Holden. Not only will we be celebrating the Eccentric Beats Anniversary but Phil K is coming to celebrate his birthday. The above picture is from his performance at Tabu when he played alongside Dave Seaman. The Minneapolis crowd went mental that night.
Aural Satisfaction Guaranteed!
Phil K (Melbourne, Australia) - Balance, Global Underground, Pioneer
"In today's age of electronic music, the rise to stardom is often as fast as the fall into obscurity. Solidarity is hard to come by, but Melbourne native Phil K has proven that when it comes to DJing, experience, vision, and just plain persistence pay off. His twenty plus years as a world class DJ have won him one of the largest cult followings in the EDM community. Phil has been labeled as one of, if not the most technically-skilled DJs in the world. With a fan base ranging from peers like Sasha, Seaman, Meat Katie and James Zabiela, touting Phil as his "favorite DJ", to clubbers from Sri Lanka to Seattle, its hard to argue; Phil K has truly left his mark.
Phil K developed his trade from meager beginnings, purchasing his first turntable in 1984 after saving enough cash from work at a fast food chain. After years sharpening his mixing abilities and spinning at any party or event that would have him, he progressed to playing out at the biggest clubs and hottest parties in Melbourne, including the famous "Sunny." He continued on to the hottest clubs in Australia and was crowned with the coveted Australian Dance Music Awards "Best DJ," "Best Radio Show," and "Lifetime Achievement" awards. Described on the decks as a "mind blowing machine" by UK's Meat Katie, Phil's tenacious mixing abilities, track selection, and cutting-edge style became crystal clear to the international scene. He soon found himself supporting various acts from Kraftwerk to Sasha and devastating crowds at festivals such as Glastonbury, Sonar, and Big Day Out and countless international clubs such as Fabric, Zouk, and Ministry of Sound.
Phil's DJ mix cds have left listeners begging for more. With 7 under his belt, including Therapy Sessions with Dave Seaman and a Y4K release, fans are always in anticipation of his latest compilation. One of Phil's most notable mix achievements was Balance 004, which was voted by DJMag as one of the top ten cds of 2002, thus skyrocketing the series into the international dance scene as one of the most respected DJ series in the world.
As if Phil's tenacious spinning wasn't enough, his productions have also enveloped DJs and fans across the globe. His early achievements were collaborations with fellow Aussies Andy Page and Ivan Gough, developing one of the the first definitive breakbeat anthems "Lydian and the Dinosaur" in the late 90's. Other projects include work with Atlanta phenom producer Habersham, such as 2005 single "Cloudbrake." Phil's largest bought of production has been been with Australian production powerhouse Luke Chable. Together, known as Lostep, Phil and Luke have ravaged the dance scene with various hits including "Burma," "The Roots," and their recent Global Underground artist album titled "Because We Can."
Another angle of annihilation in Phil's arsenal is his visual expertise as a DVJ. Phil has a strong relationship with Pioneer as a sponsored representative for the past 7 years developing products, modifying equipment, and playing with the toys that mere mortals get their hands on 6 months to a year later. This position was not achieved by megastardom, but by shocking Pioneer engineers through his ability to abuse their equipment and do things beyond what they were designed to do. Many features currently available on a wide array of Pioneer Pro DJ equipment is the fruit of this relationship.
Phil's abilities to mix videos and sound into experience has branded him as one of the best DVJ's in the world. His skill is best described by Joyce Shintani from Massachusetts Institute of Technology after she witnessed Phil's DVJ performance at the 2005 Sonar Music Festival..."Pulsing with an urban energy recalling Jean-Michel Basquiat, Phil K mirrors glimpses of a fragmented society and submits them to the organizing principles of music. His way of making art in the club context is a contribution to the best of what electronica offers today..." (MIT Computer Music Journal, December 2005).
Despite all the aforementioned success, Phil K remains humble, regarding himself as a quiet achiever, an artist with the goal of keeping electronica evocative. As technology continues to advance exponentially, Phil will be there to command its obedience. Fans, DJs, and critics alike can rest assure that with Phil K, the best is yet to come. "

Filo & Peri tonight at Barfly Right? I feel like their has been little to no publicity for this. Couldn't even find it on the barfly web page.
But then again I am just a Noob!
Yep, Filo & Peri on tonight. Sounds like it's going to be in the main room not "The Loft". Though, I could be wrong about that.
Have fun.
