Think its time for "working out thread 2"? Its getting quite large

also: 2x20 on reps isnt really the proscribed way to go.
try doing a warmup of 15 and then do 3 sets of 8-10
then do 2 exercises per muscle.
so incline flies 3 sets then go do somethign else then come back and do flat bench for 3 sets.
a basic gym quickie would be
incline fly
lat pull downs
flat bench
seated rows
dumb bell lateral raises
standing db shrugs
kneeling rope crunches
thatll get you some inner chest definition, pop that lower chest out a bit, add a nice lat pocket in and get the serratus to show up. serratus is the part under to the side of the pecs that look kind like ribs poking out but they latch into lats and looks cool. adds a nice touch to a flat body.
