This was inspired by Binary Finary, but couldn't care less because it's way better imo.

Guess it's obvious which track inspired this one. Amazing energy though. (I posted it earlier somewhere I think)

Ottorino Resphigi's "Solomon's Dream" from his beautiful suite "Belkis, Queen Of Sheba" ...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZId1kRAcTU

and "Wheel of Pain" by Basil Poledouris from the soundtrack of "Conan The Barbarian" 🙈 ...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbSpfEPKHI0

I would say that the slow, pounding rhythm and dark procession are powerful elements that create a sense of grandeur, drama, and intensity in the music. While Respighi's "The Dream of Solomon" and Poledouris's "Wheel of Pain" share this common rhythmic foundation, the differences in instrumentation, tone, and stylistic nuances of course contribute to the unique character of each piece. Both are highly recommended! 😊

Not sure if this has already been covered in this thread, but while definitely not a ripoff, Fictivision & C-Quence - Symbols does sound like a overly simplified version of Snowdome - Murdoch Most Foul.

Reinhold Moritzevich Glire - Harp Concerto Op. 74 (1938)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7Pai-BASak&t=1402s

III. Allegro giocoso uses a theme from Pictures at an Exhibition by Russian composer Modest Mussorgsky (1874), a lovely musical quotation in this beautiful concert. 💜

And here is one for a good laugh 😄 ...

Musical quotation gone wrong. Here is the story:

The composer Richard Strauss came back from Italy with what he thought was an Italian folk song, "Funicul, Funicul", and used it in the fourth movement of Aus Italien (From Italy), Op. 16, a tone poem or program symphony for orchestra. But it was not a folk song and not in the public domain. It is a Neapolitan song written in 1880 by Luigi Denza as commissioned work to celebrate the opening of the first funicular railway on Mount Vesuvius:

Richard Strauss was an ardent proponent of copyright and involved in the Genossenschaft deutscher Tonsetzer, a precursor of the German GEMA. And in this case it was him who had to pay every time when his piece was played somewhere. Ah, the irony of the situation ...

Not a straight up copy, but sounds too similar for it to be a coincidence.

The Handbaggers - U Found Out (Tony De Vit Remix) (1996)

Kyle Starkey - Tryton (2024)

What, they thought I wasn't going to notice this blatant theft of ARP sequence and some ambiance?

Here is the vastly superior Original from 2015:

B.I.G - Carpe Diem

Here is the basic copy from 2025:
Sasha & Joseph Ashworth - HiFiHi
