ok post armin review.... here we go
i flew out of malta at 8am...which means i had to wake up way before the sun, i so hate doing that neways got myself to rotterdam, bloody hell it was so cold such a shock leaving sunny 23 degree malta to rainy 10 degree holland
i meet up with my lovely ducth friend who had my ticket he showed me around rotterdam so many cool buildings ive been to some great countries but i seriously love the dutch architecture
neways, the party what can i say it seriously has to go down as the best party i have ever been too.... i was so bloody tired and my feet were killing me but i couldnt stop from jumping around like a bloody teenage girl, all i wanted to hear was a marco v song i think i drove everyone made going c'mon armin play marco hahaha he did right near the end with loops n tings, the next song was awesome dont know what it was very uplifting armin was crying i had bloody shivers down my spine, was the best atmosphere in that place (no wogs without shirts, no kandi kids) just people who like and respected armin, lots of smiling faces and friendly people what every good party needs.
I just need to say it one more time for the record hahah ducth boys are the hottest
another highlight has to be justine singing sky's fall down, holy shit that was amazing.... rank 1 came on so did everyones cigarette lighters
also i didnt think as the rush comes as an encore would work when he dropped it but i was so wrong, it really did take on a new dimension never took that song seriously but i think it suited the night so perfect
only thing that annoyed me was the stupid mc
and i didnt really like the dutch rapper guy that came out but everything else blew me away.... still walking around so happy im so glad i got to experience a party like this.... fucking loved it
pics from jordy
mine r still sitting on my laptop
this was at the end of the party one last group shot

Armin Only Review
Well im back home in Australia now so i thought id give my opinions on the night.
I was so excited for Armin Only but decided not to get my expectations too high as i have found that Armin had being playing too hard for my liking recently (especially in ibiza he was banging it out).
So as we made our way to Rotterdam i had maybe one too many drinks to get ready for the night and as we entered Ahoy I was stopped for an interview where I was asked heaps of questions about Armin this year. I feel so bad because i said i didnt vote because Armin didnt reach my expectations this yr (dumb answer now i wont get on DVD!!!) then i went on about having photos of him on my wall (i cant believe i admitted that:P)
Anyway I walked into the arena at about 11pm and Armin was behind a screen which i didnt like because seeing him is WAY better than his shadow.
Highlights:
Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars !!! that track made my night
Oceanlab - Sky falls down (reminds me of the good ol days)
Eller playing Zocalo - i rang my brother back home so that cost me a slight fortune:P
Sunlounger - White sand. what a tune!!!
Push - Strange world!!!!
Lowlights:
-holland is freeeezinggggggggggggg
- i thought there was supposed to be a water theme? i didnt see anything that resembled that. not that i minded i just wondered why he pushed that on the arminonly.com site
- didnt stay to the end because of the trek back to amsterdam, getting back at 9am was really tough!!
- missing as the rush comes
- armin not playing Yet another Day
All in all i had an awesome time, my bf wasnt really enjoying it though so that was hard but we got thru!! I think thats my last Europe Trip at least for the next 5 yrs or so, so thanku Armin for letting my holiday end with a Bang!!

Done a bit of investigating today, these seem to be the dates for Summer 07
Sensation White - 7/7/06
LoveParade - 7/7/06
Dance Valley - 14/7/06
Extrema Outdoor was on the 14th as well but the Dance Valley promoters (UDC) asked if they could move it and the Extrema promoters agreed. So Extrema's now on 21st July.
This year Dance Valley, Extrema and the Loveparade were all on the same day! Very ghey.
Would be pretty hectic doing Loveparade during the day then going off on the 2hr plane ride to Sensation White. Sounds like it could be a go'er...
I dunno, I'd be guessing that LP would have some insane after-parties around.
I think Sensation is out, especially if Love from Above is the night before LP.
Didn't really rate LFA, the main room in this year's new venue (Arena Berlin) had really little atmosphere. It's just a big hall and it felt just like that. Thankfully Steve Porter saved the night with a wicked set in the side-room (The Glashaus). And didn't end up going to any LP after-parties. Let's just say the shit in Berlin is waay hectic!
