playing an hour or two of random stuff. Mostly fun good summery tunes.

hey guys, messing with the servers again, well unmessing with them.

they are back to the fast-serv hosts, the last month the listener server was an Amazon EC2 VM and it seemed to work out fine, but I cant justify the expense of running that for what I get.

Anyways, continue, enjoy.

Oh, so are you playing?

Edit: No, you aren't playing. I don't think you should bump this thread unless you intend to make us some music, bozo.

My turn in a few minutes. Kicking back a few beers, a couple of joints and a nice, lengthy set of music.

Ripping. I prolly missed some at the beginning, but whatever.

Edit: It might have some skipping there, not sure wtf happened then.

Diggin' the tunes mate

Posted by idoru on Aug-16-2009 03:11:

Fuuuuuck yeah, this is such a wicked track.

"I want you to get together"

Thanks for tuning, Sushi. I hope the mixing didn't sound too terrible; I'm fairly fucked up right now.

Sounded fine to me.

The recording went fine too, I got 2h 18mins of tunage. Do you want the file?

Excellent. Going to give it a listen and (I know I'm pulling a Rob here) upload it as an actual mix if I like it enough.

Lol. It should be up in about 20 mins.

Posted by Echo of Silence on Aug-16-2009 14:19:

Good stuff, Jake.

My recording is a little longer than Sushi's (2 hours 21 minutes 41 seconds). I am listening now, sounds great; it actually ends when your last track ends. No dead space. Maybe I started mine a bit earlier than Sushi started his. I actually thought I missed a bit of your first track because I was ending the recording of Jan Henrik's set, making a different folder for your file, disconnecting winamp, reconnecting, and hitting start on the streamripper all within the span of about 1.5 seconds...Whoa, it actually sounds like I was successfully multitasking. Go me. Anyway, I'll upload it to Boomer's server and you can use it if you want it.

It was a pleasure listening to the three of you, yesterday. I'm just disappointed that I missed Tony's set.

Thank you for playing!

Anyone down to listen if I stream?

Posted by Echo of Silence on Aug-26-2009 23:02:

Bas, when did you type that? If you want to play now, I would like to listen.

'Cept I'm not into prog this or prog that and I'm kind of sick of sets that feel like beatport dot com.

Setting up right now, gimme a sec
