I think the tune you are talking about is

Wonky vs. Radiohead - Street Spirit (Wonky's Feel The Rush Mix)

Oakie first played it Live at Home at Space Ibiza (1999-07-25) Essential Mix World Tour 1999 on Radio 1 and then it was played many a times throughout his EM tour. Great tune indeed.
