Yes please can someone. I'm back at university now and the sodding admin bastards have put up a huge firewall to stop all downloading of music....there's no other way i can hear this massively hyped track unless someone posts a sample.

it DESPARATELY needs the full adagio melody... sounds to abrupt without it.

otherwise, good stuff

guess i'll wait till it comes out, so the current hype will turn into real opinions.....

listening to the concert rip now....and right now, i'm one of the "OMG I DIE"'s!!!!!!!!

btw, i think skip raiders - another day (perfecto mix) is a better better trance-recon, but i may change my mind laters, cuz that one's so cheeeeese, and when it's old i'm not allowed to listen to it am i?

Anybody have an idea why Tiesto would remix this tune in the first place? Oh, and I read on tiesto.com forum that it's being released on September 1st this year on vinyl.

Ferry's remix is classic but I wonder why Tiesto would go back to this tune and remix it? Not that I'm complaining, but aren't there new great tunes to be remixed? Oh well...I'm just glad he remixed a true trance track (I know it's a remix of the classical version) for once!

I dont know why ppl here are bitching abt the remix of that track ... why'z that everyones bitching abt whose remix is better.... what if they both had done a remix of that track in the same year it would have been a different question ... its been ages since ferry corsten remixed it .. even if ferry's remix was cheesy we've enjoyed it when it was played live ....just enjoy the latest mix by Tiesto and stop screwing around with the remixers ....

Dunno who came up with the idea of naming the remix a "Magical Remake", but I spoke to Cor Fijneman this weekend and he said to me that the bootleg was called William Orbit - Barbers Adagio For Strings (In Search Of Bootleg Mix) he even showed me the CDR!!!!

The atb remix of Adagio for strings, is good, but out of all the mixes this is how i'd rank em.

1. Ferry Corsten mix
2. Skip Raiders - Another Day
3. Atb Mix
4. Tiesto mix

I have a special place for ferry mix, cause it was one of the first trance songs to get me into the genre

well you're a dumbass! the skip raiders and atb mix fucking suck salty balls. You're obviously a Tiesto hater....even people who don't like Tiesto that much appreciate the quality of his treatment with this track.

Posted by Pio on Sep-23-2003 01:01:

you tell 'em smitty, goldenarm79 needs to get a clue.

Posted by CynepMeH on Sep-23-2003 01:34:

I am soooo over Tiesto - what a twat... His remix fucking blew... it was like listening to some cover band playing a rendition of the "Stairway to heaven" in a piss-stank dive bar pretending they are Led Zeppelin...

Tiesto's mix (even heard live) sucks big Chebacka balls...

Ferry Corsten's mix is just amazing... It sucks that Tiesto has little originality when it comes to producing.... Most of the ideas in Gouryella's productions came from Ferry, not Tiesto - that's why Tiesto (being a spot-light addict) said he doesn't want to share it with Ferry. Well, fuq him.

I give Tiesto credit - he has been able to pull off some decent productions in the past but since he hit #1 spot he has been too busy basking in the spotlight, instead of living up to the expectations not only as a DJ but as a producer.

just my $40.00 worth.

Ferry's mix is good, but I think tiestos mix is better. Ferry's mix is just more epic I think.

TIESTO'S MIX OWNZ LIVE
