"BUMP you" by definition is a light hearted joke meaning "well thats not fair" or "hey! tell me!" or anything of the sort. Has nothing to do with the similar "F U". It is normally stated with a "bff" bumping noise.

I forgot to add you normally take your pointerfinger and your middlefinger (putting them together) and move them quickly from an upward position to a downward point.
