personally...there's a difference between a post where it goes "OMFG HELLO THERE BUTTSEKZ LOLOL PICS OF STFU" and a post like what i stated before...those attention whoring posts are just harmless uselss posts that shouldn't be taken seriously but for me sometimes there is a limit to the idiocy and i feel the need to reply in order to show how wrong someone is...whatever thats just my opinion

My theory on it is:
When the board becomes slow, because peeps are on college break or studying for final exams, the idiots who don't have a life start going bonkers because no one is around to pay them any heed. Out of sheer boredom they post more and more annoying threads in order to attract someone's attention even if that means incurring the wrath of a mod.

Good point, but then again having just serious discussions on here... well it just would seem cold and heartless

I appreciate the inside humor and jokes posted on TA and I'm glad we have such a diverse blend of humour and ideas.

Saying that tho.. I agree with Omegasox too. Some threads can be entertaining and can make u smile while others can make you wonder at the idiocy and boredom that many TAs have.

sorry if it seems like im on the fence about this topic here, i try not to get in debates too often.
