that's what I meant... that it happend to you here rather than in Europe! I think quite a big percent of the people I know in holland got GHB dumped in their drink once or twice weird country

That sucks. I had something similar happen to me. Some idiot came to a house party that I was at and apparently had G in a Sprite bottle. My friend was drinking regular Sprite. Of course I was "brought back" or I wouldn't be sitting here typing this. I laugh everytime I hear the song Out Of Body Experience because I damn sure had one that day. That sucks, i couldnt taste it mainly because I had been drinking all night at Space and how it got spiked I will never know

I have a simular story to tell.......when I was living in Panma City about 4 years ago, we were all out at Club La Vela and they were pretty much running a g factory inside that club.....my one friend Amanada was drugged by one of the bartenders and she flopped out in my arms I didn't know what the fuck to do so I yelled at the DJ to stop the music cause we were right next to the booth and then security came running over......she was rushed to the hospitol and her stomach was pumped. Two weeks later, the club was raided and a bunch of people that worked there went to jail.

I OD'd on my female best friend and a male friend of mine. Other people became involved after that, but when I went down they were the only people present. They said that we were standing in another room...they took me in there because I didn't want to freak the rest of the party out. They said that when they were trying to talk to me that I started to get a really far away look in my eyes..like I was slowly drifting off somewhere. They told me that I fell back against the wall and grabbed my chest. My male friend ran over to me...I grabbed onto him...looked him in the eyes...said "don't let me die" and then collapsed into his arms. He and I weren't friends after all of that happened. We have spoken on occasion, but for whatever reason I guess the whole thing just fucked with him.

Holy shit.......thats scary Well im glad your still with us and that your ok. Did you ever see that movie Groove where that douche bag kid is flopped out on the ground and that chick is trying to feed him food......yeah.....thats another reason that shit scares me.

ambs, if you dont mind me asking, why do you dislike tiesto so much? being that your a big armin fan, they play alot of the same tracks, and up to recently, their styles were similar, to a point, armin reminds me very much of the old tiesto in his style. his only problem is that some sets he just plays way too many anthems, but technically he is a very sound dj. but overall, when it comes to being a dj, at this point of their careers tiesto is just the better dj, maybe not the better person, but the better dj, and im trying to be as objective about this as i can. anyways i was just wondering why you dont like tiesto, because it sounds personal, not really based on music alone.

I miss the old Armin......his 2000 - 2002 sets were just so much better imo.......particularly his Club Eau sets......when he used to lay down that sick tribal drum sound.

I have to agree with Mattivi.......im still a fan of Armin but hes been boring me lately....Tiesto has been the better DJ lately imo. Hopefully Tiesto will tear Space and the same with Armin @ Glow in July.....I used to be torn between Tiesto/Armin/Ferry as my fav DJ but my top three looks like this these days.......

Well I dont hate tiesto or anything, nothing of that style... But I just don't feel his sets so much anymore... Like I understand why people love him so much, and respect to them, but he's just not my style anymore... I mean I can have a good time at his gigs but not always...

When I was living in Holland I was totally devoted to tiesto. I mean I would go to 90% of his gigs there, but then after TIC (which was honestly very very cool) he became way too much of a dj that people go to because they've heard his name. I mean imagine wanting to see your fave dj and some bitches in high heels with their purses pushing you HARD and giving you dirty looks because they want to SEE tiesto rather than even bother to dance. And then his sets became less quality in my opinion. I mean not bad, but they just didn't blow me away anymore...

Then I "discovered" Armin again. and I just instantly loved his sets and his interaction and I wasn't afraid to state so either. I mean I just really loved how even at big gigs he would just come down to say hello to people and pose for pics and give autographs... I got to know Armin pretty fast and I loved his track selection, more of the trance I like period.

And then when I posted that Armin was my favorite dj in the tiesto foruum, they bvanned me, ******s! so now tiesto can go suck a big fat one

no just kidding but i was like "what kind of fucking arrogant retarded thing is that?" so I dunno then i was like UGH! and with him acting like a prissy and breaking the arm off the turntable. WTF but ok, I can still enjoy his sets, I just don't LIKE him anymore... Like I dont get all excited to see him, although at ultra I could've kissed him for spinning silence

that's my story, hope it clears some up

i think it was at a gatecrasher event in the uk, the eqiupment was really bad and when the sound went out like for the second time, or something of the sort, tiesto supposedly threw a temper tamptrum, or so ive heard.

yeh i feel you on a few points, he is getting so popular that alot of people just come because of the name, not because they love trance, and that sucks for real fans like me and you, but i guess that comes with the territory of being the worlds number one dj. i just hope he doesnt turn into an oakenfold, because that would be a shame. ive been a tiesto fan since the end of last century, and tho his style has changed, and so has trance for that matter, the quality of his sets are still great to me and he still has that "majik", and until he loses that i will always be a devoted fan. but i do love armin, he is so nice and down to earth, how many djs go hang out with people they played for at a gig that same nite? not many, that is sooooooooo wicked cool to me. but thanks for your response, very interesting.

his club eau sets are absolutely sick!! your so right, my faveorite being that march 18th of 2000, where he starts off with communication two, so so sickKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!! and the club eau mc is cool, unlike buster and that other douche bag! as for your top three djs, i love ferry the more i see him live, he had an epic set at space a month ago, but he is still no tiesto..but gaining.., and as for marvo v i love his productions, but ive seen him live twice now and his sets are just two techy for me as a live dj, but his productions of the past year have been second to none. imho
