speak up?!? wtf. its his opinion man, he says what he thinks. i'll let him be his own person, in the meantime, you carry on blowing that well worn trumpet of yours.

Is Chris Pana 'NEW' talent, SEZZY? He's been around a few years from what I can remember...God I love rhetoric questions, don't you?

If Pana is playing, so should Strangis ; 'New' should be mixed with 'old.'

dude, this is pointless in my opinion. why not let your work on friday night speak for itself? wouldn't it be enough for limitedtimeonly and evilcow here to stroke your ego/worship/giving out your promo cds? i reckon if you're as good as they think you are, your "shut the fuck up" post above is not neccessary.

paulie will always be there with his (sometimes)provocative comments, whether you like it or not. and i much prefer it to be that way. it's fun and brought laughter in my ordinary life. if i want to see countless drones worshipping a DJ, i'll go to trancetribe instead, but i love TA and paulie's post is what drives me to subscribe to this thread and want to keep reading it.

don't get me wrong, i'm sure you're a good DJ with a good taste in music, but a good mix/nice set structure/crowd interaction is worth 1,000 post here.

just my $0.0005 cents.

I think thats well said.. I shouldnt have got into a computer fight over something so pitty... and i agree with what your saying.... Thats totally correct.. The only bit i dont agree with is im not a worshiper.. All i said was we have a good time when we go see him and so do lots of other people... You can only judge on what you see..

Everyone here sticks up for what they believe in and their opinions and i did the same.. DJ B never said he was good we were just stating out opinions that we enjoyed his DJing.. We didnt say he was better that anyone else..

Id like to have a beer with Paulie someday.. and have a chat because he sounds like an interesting individual and the friendship has started out on the wrong foot..

news flash: you are not ordinary - you are a FREAK, Doctor!

soups yah shouldnt be a prob getting him there for 10 or so. im picking him up at avalon (grumble grumble) at 730 thurs and will be heading straight to altitude from the airport to pray at the altar of old man pana if anyone else is there for that, too.

bwahaha..... havent really missed out on much since not visting TA for a while... hahaha!!!!

this is a New Horizons night, hence most dj's have not played a 5AM / Transcend event before.

Chris Pana is playing because he is running the night on my behalf and he is perhaps the best 5AM dj to emerge in the past 12 months (no he hasnt been around for years), hence it gives a bright & shiny example of what some of the newbs can aspire to.

DjB has proven his worth as perhaps one of the best up & coming dj's to emerge in recent months. he is a hard worker, good kid ,and yes he has a good following. DjB V Pana will be a highlight for sure!

good luck to all the peeps playing for the first time.... and welcome to all the interstaters, hope you all have fun.

Are you kidding? I've been on the edge of my seat for the last few days just waiting for the next flaming reply!! (or not?).

Posted by Heidi_Fleiss on Mar-09-2005 03:00:

Yeah, it answers my question. The best to emerge out of the 'last year'.

Thanks MANGLER

Posted by Aesthetic on Mar-09-2005 03:02:

i'd say most definately chris pana is a new dj.. its a new breed of dj's really. the old (or dare i say older as to not tread on too many toes) breed of melbourne dj's to me would be people like matt crawford, mark james, sean quinn, etc. we're all noobs imho .

Posted by Mangler on Mar-09-2005 03:09:

Posted by d(-j-)b DJB on Mar-09-2005 04:58:

this is rediculous.....

- I NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT MY DJING SKILLS>!

- I NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT "Promoting myself" In ANY WAY!

i just told people to "SHUT THE FUCK UP!!"
stop talking about me!!! i dont appreciate people putting words in my mouth and then me being abused for shit i havent even said!

i never talked about my "followers", evilcow and limitited are friends that enjoy my tunes, in no way do they promote for me or hand out my cd's in any way.

Paulie you never abused my Djing skills, i never said you did! you abused me for things that other people have said. so over it.

please stop discussing this crap about me.

PS: cheers albert for those kind words.

Posted by Paulie on Mar-09-2005 05:02:
