I dont wanna rain on your parade man...I hope you have a great time there, as with everyone else who is going...I just cant justify that money to see ONE guy...who in all seriousness is not even that good at all.

I value your opinion, but to me it is worth it as I do like him and think he is a great producer as well. Like we stated before to each their own. I will enojoy that night and gladly wear my free t-shirt until my wife fucks it up in the wash like she always does to all my clothes LOL

So I'm taking that as a $65 ticket to hear Tiesto for four hours. The sound setups in that place are usually pretty ass, too.

BTW, my friend got his tickets and he specifically knows which seats are his (3 rows up). So guess what, I think it is assigned seating dude.

I am sure the party will be great for awhile it last. But for that price, no way. I could spend the money better elsewhere.

Yeah, for $67 you can get alot of things. But for me I will be buying the $200, this way I get all the free booze I want (which you know damn well at least 10 drink), a free Tshirt and VIP seating and entry.

I agree it is somewhat steep but if you love something it is worth the money.

100% General Admission is not legal for concerts in the USA since 11 people got trample to death at a Who concert way back in the 70s. Arenas can have some general admission on the floor, but seats have to be assigned where there are seats.

Posted by Shafer8 on Jun-17-2005 20:31:

He charges $40 here and the parking is $20! See like you I would never pay to see Sasha as he isnt my cup of tea, I would rather pay $40 to see Halliweel or Matt Darey before I would pay to see any house act.

Tiesto to me is price less and I can tell yah this, hot chicks will be all over that gig.

Good music, hot chick and a great night to remeber, that really is worth every penny.

Posted by Shafer8 on Jun-17-2005 20:36:

I can say this, I know for a fact that the seats are not assigned and you can roam around up in the sections.

This is for sure.

Don't forget to mention the dozens of e-puddles there are bound to be!!

Thanks to it being all ages...90% of them are kids 14-18.

It is what it is, if this was a Spundae gig in SF i am sure your tune would change.

At the end of the day, this event will have over 10,000, the music will be sick as always, and once again Tiesto will prove why he is STILL number one again!

As many of you that bitch there will be many more that will love what a great night they will have and be happy to be a part of EDM history.

Man, you are good with trying to come up with the easy excuse route. Can't blame you...anyhowww.........

By you saying that, you surely don't know me. I don't fluff things I don't believe in. Never have. Even here at work if I have an issue, I will go to whoever I need to to make my opinion known. I used to actually think all the execs hated me because of it but it turns out that it's highly appreciated because most of the time people are too afraid to speak their opinion and thus they have no constructive criticism to build upon.

And the same goes with Spundae. If something occurs that's not my cup of tea, I let it be known. Spundae does not pay me. And, for right now, I prefer it that way....because it allows me to be unbiased when I want.

If Spundae were throwing a huge TiC concert and charging that for the type of seating you get, I would say WTF!?!?!? right to them.

All I know is that if I did pay those prices it better be the most spectacular DJ event EVER. And you know? Maybe it will be.

But in the end, I'm just seriously critical on everything. So much so I get the occasional AIM from DJ Anthony Ross about some stick being stuck up my ass, lol.

Ok Dave, here how is this then,

Tiesto sucks, he can't play at all, his producing skills are real bad, he train wrecks everytime he plays on every record so bad there all scratched and skip, his events never do well, no one ever shows up and everyone always has a real really bad time, AND I have the smallest penis in the world and never get laid.

No tell us somwthing we dont know.

It is all good people have their opiniuons and I have mine, mine is TIESTO IN CONCERT Aug 20th will make EDM history.

TMI man, way Tooo Much.

The wrong type of images just popped up in my head. Ugh.

I knew i could get you too laugh!

All good bud people just see thing differntly. to each their own at the end of the day

Posted by blayzinyo on Jun-17-2005 23:53:

I think this is what we're really paying for....

"To add to the aural and visual fete, the show will include more than 30performers including aerial acts, Butoh Dancers,Samba and Taiko drummers, flying Geishas, singers and Carnival showgirls.Visually stunning elements such as a massive pyrotechnics and special effects show and over a hundred lighting fixtures and lasers." -wantickets.com

I really want to see the flying Geishas cause that'd be sooooo cooool ^_^

Oh well...if i do end up going, then this would eventually be my first time seeing Tiesto...and i don't give a hoot if you guys say that he sucks and what not, cause for all i care, it might as well be the only time that i'd see the world's "#1" dj ever.
