You know I have not been posting on TA long enough to know who the "drama queens" everybody talk about are, but after reading this thread and, moreover, this post I think I am starting to have a good idea. Y'all sound like a bunch of Miami drag queens wearing the same dress out to the club, "Oh no you didn't!!". I expect to see weaves flying out any moment now!! I just think it is ironic how you try to preach about how the forums are crammed with useless personal posts and then you stoop down to this post.

BTW, now I have a complaint. I have to scroll through too many sticky posts to get to the spam 4000 thread!! I think there are too many sticky posts and I do not want to waste the 2 seconds to hit the scroll arrow!!

Well since u r a newbie, there is a lil more then my personal attacks on bling, and most of everyone knows how it is, and what kind of a character he is, im not starting drama nor am I making somethimg way out of left field, I dont like the kid period and most of us have issues against him, he had something to say and I had something to say to him afterwards, simple as that, and another thing, sometimes thats how I am towards people, ask anyone

That way when there is a thread that includes an EDM topic of conversation, it won't get jacked & then all of a sudden becomes a Martha Stewart home improvement convention. so that way peeps like YOU won't have to come on here whining & complaining about something that doesn't concern you. Just because you are a member doens't mean you have to post on every thread.

We have our very own DJ's whom we support down here. You tell me who supports their own locals in their area??

I never see any threads that state that. BUT every tuesday night there is a thread showing how much we support our locals plus allow anyone who can spin to have an opportunity to show what they got.

Max, music is music, like I said before I see some of you guys complain about there not being many threads specifically about trance, yet I dont see many of you making such threads. And no we are not going to post on 264648115451648 different forums for each type of music.

TA has evolved from a discussion group for trancelovers to a movement which affects the entire EDM scene -- for some people it has even become a way of life. So who cares that Trance is [censored]? Many a moon ago - Brent pointed me to FLTA, and here I met some really incredible people... most don't post here anymore.

Back then, people talked about all kinds of music as well. But it was with a passion that has dissolved from this forum. The foundation was the people - not the music. Music and people will always evolve - and I'm afraid that most of those that I've come to know and love, are starting to evolve away from FLTA. There just isn't any substance to thrive on anymore...

Was it just a dream? Or was it less than a year ago that Arturo would spin live until 2am in the morning on a weekday night, and we would have 30 pages of posts, full of appreaciation, encouragement, and satisfaction? He would spin every week! THOSE were the days of FLTA, to me at least - and I'm a noob.

Arturo, Amber, Sara, Collen, Hope & Jeff, Brent, Rachell, Lil-B, Santana, and the others that I'm forgetting - thanks for the GREAT times - we had fun, and we miss you guys.

I can't believe you guys moved away! It's a good thing that we have MSN...I'm chatting with you two right now!

tranceaddict is not just a forum for trance. we all joined this forum because we have something in common: A great love for the music that brings us together. but the longer you are on TA, you realize that its not just a web page, its a community, and almost a family.

of course we all love trance, we wouldnt be here if we didnt. but many of us also enjoy some of the other genres of EDM. And since we are a community of freinds, we use our home(TA) to talk about shows and events.

when sander comes to town, the lengh of the thread rivals those we make for Paul, Tiesto, and Ferry. Why? because there are enough people here that like sander and who will be at the show. I know that not everyone does, but we are all TAs and we all love the forum and spend a good portion of our web surfing time here. and when we go out, we are all together. we may not go to the club together, we may not party before or after the club, but i know i can allways find the TA crew in full force right infront of the box at space. we are a crew, a group, a family.

TA is like an eHome to many of us. for me, its my homepage and the first one i browse when i get online. its also the last one i go to before i go offline. we talk about lots of things other than trance here. birthdays, random events, welcome threads and goodbye threads, drama threads, omg im drunk threads. why do we do this? because we feel at home here. we feel comfortable talking with our friends here. there is alot of spam, but that is allways inevitable. if you dont like the thread, dont read it. but dont tell us what music we should or shouldnt talk about here, because its just as much my home as it is yours.

i find it funny arturo how you have the balls to come on here and say what you are saying when you are one of the ones that comes on here and trashes trance after you were such a huge fan at once. yes music changes , people change etc etc .. but there is no bad music . bad tracks maybe .. but no genre is crap just because "YOU" choose to go another way musically. you are just showing as much ignorance as the other people on other message boards show . thats what is killing the whole electronica scene period in miami florida .. haters like you . if you chose not to like a genre then dont . but dont come on here and call this n that cheeeese like you and your girlfriend harold do .. and then go kiss the ass of a dj like cedric that sucks major fucking balls !! a dj that his transitions are fucking awfull !! a dj that gets a chance 2 play in the main room aaaaaand the patio and plays the same set in both .. so dont come on here and trash trance or trance dj's like you have been lately and then say this place has turned 2 shit , when you are now worshipping what imo is one of the crappiest dj's in miami !! cause you are one of the ones that have made it that !! dont be a hypocryte and come on here and hate on trance and then go kissing edgars ass just so you can EITHER GET IN FOR FREE OR BECAUSE YOU WANT TO HEAR A TRACK OF YOURS AT A CLUB .

and to those that say trance was better back in the day .. what the hell are you guys thinking ?? there is no way you can compare the quality and the productions !! those that say that just simply need to move on and listen to another genre .. cause trance now is better than ever .. look at the shit out there now .. john o'callagan , terry bones , active sight , m.i.k.e , ETC ETC ETC .. dude , there are so many awsome producers out there now that the music from the past just cant compete !!
