Just got my tickets!

Well if that tropical storm keeps that pattern of movement, it should avoid NYC, hoping that it continues in that parabolic shape.

The other day, Tina and I were hanging out and we were logged into TA. I decided to browse the NYTA forums to see what was up. Then I remembered Sal had that hilarious ROLF avatar. She got a great laugh out of that (as well as I, when I first saw it) so +1 for you, Sal!

yeah i mean comon, this is just a bad idea. as long as its like 70 degrees out it will be so nice =) btw don't bring umburella's. i got poked in the eye 3 times last year and it hurt like a bitch. they just get in the way of dancing and people can't see around them.
BRING ON THE RAIN

Posted by DOOMBOT on Aug-15-2005 14:12:

If by chance they bring this even inside somewhere, will it still be all ages?

i am NOT sure...i think last year when they brought it into Crobar, it became 18+ -- but dont quote me on this. its stupid cuz its always a RAIN or SHINE event. then again they were filming for a DVD last year

Posted by DOOMBOT on Aug-15-2005 14:15:

Well, if that is the case is there a number I would be able to call in case it rains? I would hate to come all the way up and not be able to get in because my brother is underage.

BRING ON THE RAIN

yeah imma be pissed if i get poked by people's umbrellas...its like cmon -- wuts a little rain? how u gonna dance while holding an umbrella anyways? and if it starts pouring that umbrella is useless anyway

Something tells me, with my luck this year, that this won't work out well for me.

Posted by DarkFall01 on Aug-15-2005 14:48:

Can't wait for this

One thing, I know cameras are allowed at CP, but in case the venue changes bc of the weather, would I be able to bring my cam to the new venue (Crobar?)?

Posted by squats on Aug-15-2005 15:49:

if they do change the venue why would they neccassarily go to crowbar?

hehe someone said crowbar... where're the wooden crates at

roxy has more floor space, but yes it seems as though crobar is the biggest option made has at the moment

true.

of course it would totally be surprising if made took it to yet another venue besides crobar and spirit...highly doubtful though
