I was sevely dissapointed in many aspects of this year's Labour of Love. From the poor sound to the inconsiderate security, from the two and half hour lines to the lack of space between fat roid-guys without shirts. I expected more from the Guv, I've seen much better from them. It sounds like a lot of other people had a good time, I'm glad for all of you. There were some highlights: Atomic Hooligan played a great set and the walk back to my hotel was only five minutes. You need to handle yourself as a club, and this party was about as mismanaged as the Katrina relief effort. I mostly just upset because I love the city of Toronto, its a beautiful place. Sadly, the reason I have always visited is now held in much lower regard in my eyes. Better luck next time I guess.

I don't know i was dancing non stop through both of those sets and the level of energy i felt from being in the crown during AvB was just crazy. I loved every second of it. B&J played a great set, but it just didn't have that energy that AvB brought. Either that or by then the drugs really started to kick in, whatever

What I still don't understand, is how on a weekly basis there can be such differences in the quality of the sound in the guv mainroom. I mean, it's open every week, you figure they've paid someone to take care of the sound in that room, why should it be crappy?

for m personally the music from drink being louder that the sleep dish set, even when standing on the stage in guv behind the dj was a fcukin disgrace...

all i can say is WOW hahah, 3rd party of my life, id say thats a damn GREAT PARTY, only 17 and experiencing a great party like that with top top top dj's. I had an amazing time, nice meeting and seeing you all again. C ya at the next!

i am thoroughly insulted and disgusted at the people with the balls to judge digweed. u have nothing on the man! nothing!!

Wow! What a great way to end the summer. Everything just seemed to go so smoothly for once, and the dancing room this year in Koolhaus was awesome. Great DJ's, Great tunes, and of course Great friends is what makes the party all come together. Ashley and Chris-it was great partying with you two, come back soon.
Oh and the set up on the stage was amazing, I was absolutely loving it, the best DJ booth set up I've seen yet.

I went to the Guv and saw digweed for about 20 minutes. But it was soo packed in there you couldnt even move 1 foot in any direction which kinda ruined it for me.. so I went back into KH for the rest of the night.

But from what I heard of Digweed.. it sounded pretty good.

In my opinion, Blank & Jones' set was worlds better than Armin's set for pure, unadulterated hands-in-the-air REAL trance.

so i will write my tiny yet very important review about this party.

i am so glad we got there early. got in without any issues.

the rest is just highlights:

1. Demi is my new best friend.
2. Digweed had the set of the night but only very marginally.
3. Jaspa enjoys water.
4. Armin is tall.
5. Marcus is not as tall.
6. Sharam and Ali have a LOT of energy.
7. Sharam doesn't like when people swear.
8. Demi is my new best friend .
9. Cold canon is THE SHIT especially when you are trying to grab some bums.

What time did Armin play until?

Armin ended around 8:30am after 2 encores.

Yeah, I just remember looking over onto the dancefloor at like 8am, and see demi grooving it up in the middle of a pack of TAs. Demi, you're the man, when's the next extended set we'll see from you here? I like it best when you've got a ton of time to work with.
