1st. Props to Mikey Mike, Rebel9 and Aiwendil for pwning everybody in this thread and giving me a laugh. Nothing is better than the truth, told in a funny way.

2nd. Yes, Airbase is pretty mediocre. And not equal to Ferry, who isn't too good either. Sure, it's music, but there's nothing new, it's all been done hundreds of times before.

Anyway maybe I've listened to trance for too long now and I've seen too many trends come and go. And maybe I've got bored to death by supersaw trance I dunno. But I think as long as the producer produces because of his passion to the music and not because of getting his tunes whored on ASOT it's going in the right direction.

What I'm trying to say here isn't that there are no supersaw airbase songs - just that his productions are extremely different and that he has proven quite a few times that he can produce pretty much every electronic genre there is.
