TicketBreak will be contacting all customers via e-mail who purchased tickets to the November 25th Tiesto event @ Circus on Monday December 12, 2005.

The e-mail will contain the details on how to access the tickets for the December 20th event.

We appologize for the delay in getting our customers their complimentary tickets to the December 20th show, but we wanted to ensure everything was done correctly so all of our customers would be able to be compinsated for the original show.

Dear TicketBreak Customer,

Following the events that took place on November 25th @ Circus After-hours in Montreal regarding the Tiesto concert, GEM Events and Godskitchen Canada have made the decision to host a second event featuring Tiesto on December 20th @ Medley in Montreal. All customers who purchased their tickets for the November 25th event through TicketBreak.com are eligible to receive the same number of complimentary tickets to the December 20th show.

Please follow the instructions below with regards to accessing and printing off your tickets to the December 20th show.

1) Visit www.ticketbreak.com and LOG-IN with your username (e-mail
address) and password that you were provided with when you made your original purchase for the November 25th show. If you cannot remember or do not have your password, please enter the email address that you used at the time of your original purchase into the FORGOT PASSWORD box and your password will be emailed to you.

2) Once you have logged in to the TicketBreak website you will need to click the �Tiesto WE CARE Encore� event from the homepage. You will then be able to select the number of tickets you require to the second show.
(**PLEASE NOTE: You will only be able to receive the same number of tickets you originally purchased)

3) You will be required to enter the credit card information that was used during your original purchase for the November 25th event. NO CHARGES WILL BE BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. This is simply a security verification tool required to issue you the new tickets.

4) Once you have completed the required information, you will be taken to your MY TICKETS page and will be able to view & print each of your complimentary tickets to the December 20th event.

5) YOU MUST LOG-IN AND ACCESS YOUR COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS BEFORE 6:00PM
(EST) ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2005. YOUR COMLIMENTARY TICKETS WILL NOT BE ACCESSABLE AFTER THAT DATE AND TIME.

From what I gather, it's only 1500 or less people + Tiesto since only 1500 tickets were sold on Ticketbreak.

you gather wrong...with room for another 1000 people, you can bet your ass the promoter will fill the rest of the venue to not take a big loss on the night.
