less than 6 days to go the clock is ticking and i cant sleep this is gonna be nuts

What time you guys starting the night out?
I wanna be out at least 24 hours, but unless that geezer gives us some info on this AFTERPARTY then that scuppers my plans.
Who was it posted that info on the after-party, anyone remember his name? I'll try and PM him and ask.
I'll probably meet you guys in there, cos we'll be drinking from early afternoon so we'll be well and truly fucked before the evening kicks off, and then we can maintain our lashedness throughout the night with the odd beer here or there.
My local Viccy Wine has 15 bottles of Stella for �9, so we'll have a calm 15 bottles before heading up the toon for early evening pints and then to the Arena for 9. Sweet.
I've seen a photo of a couple of you guys, so if I see you I'll introduce myself. Try and tell me what you'll be wearing so I don't talk to the wrong person lol.
But right now, I am dying for news on this AFTERPARTY!!!

plans 4 the night:
start gettin ready at about 5 ish, get everyone over mine at 6 probs and pump some tunes, pick up my cakes maybe if i dont get them on fri. maybe a have a few drinks (if any of us can be arsed). get the train in darlo at 8:15 ish (i think, ill have to ask laggy) then get there for 8:40. meet up with luke at the station and hed to telewest from there. get inside, get fucked, have it large afterparty if we can find out where the fuck it is, if not we will be sittin in a mcdonalds for a canny few hours till the bus or train comes hehehe.

well, i jsut asked my mate minto if he cud give us a lift up there so if he can i will text u on the sat morn wether we r goin by train of car. if train then expect us to be at central at 8:40. if car then we'll work it out on the day, depends on what time minto can get his mams car. ill defos let ya know tho
oh aye, when i drink i can fall asleep at 11 thats hwy i dont do it much no more way too tiring! (although useful the night b4 gk so i can get some sleep!) and luke i have an idea that wud enable u to stay up long enuf
well whatever happens its gonna be one hell of a night think i'm most looking forward to seeing ferry again but this lineup is gonna be mind blowing but are some of them only on for an hour theres 8 for 9 hours hows that gonna work.

i reckon we're gonna be gettting into newcastle in the afternoon and spending a few hours taking in the sights (byker grove, the fog on the tyne, saint jimmy nail's birthplace, etc..)
so if anyone can think of a nice convenient place to meet before we go in, speak now or forever keep yer gob shut.

Newcastle doesn't have sights. Newcastle doesn't want sights.
Remember, you're not heading to some chilled out city. Newcastle consumes twice the British average of alcohol. Newcastle was voted 6th most partying city in the world. There are no sights here. Keep your wits about you. The most football arrests last season in Britain were for Newcastle, second most were for Sunderland. Southerners (yes that includes Middlesborough) are not welcomed by everyone, and it's a matchday on Saturday.
Luke, if you can pace yourself, you can go forever on beer, that's why I like it. Longest I've done is 72 hours, without sleep, of partying. Ecstacy is overrated in my opinion. It gives you so much energy for about 3/4 hours, but then you need more, and more, until you get knackered by about 6am. With beer, what we do is get totally hammered a couple of hours before the event kicks off, then let yourself sober up a little, and then get the odd beer to stay drunk. Just don't get so drunk you can't stand up.
Beer is more expensive, I agree. It's way more expensive, which is why sometimes I take a happy pill, but I have much better nights out with beer. It's a personal thing I guess. Each to their own.
By the way, where do you get these Crasher t-shirts from? I need something to wear for this event. My mate says he heard there is a clubwear shop in Newcastle. There's a Gothy type one, but then there's this other one by the same company for clubwear. Anyone know anything about that?
As for this afterparty, if the gy that mentioned it doesn't show up on these boards, just head to the Playrooms and see if anything's going on inside. Hopefully there will be.
I might ring the Playrooms and ask them if anything's happening.
Oh and a word of advice for you Southerners.
No-go areas: Benwell and Killingworth.
Last time we went through Kilingworth there was a burning car and a makeshift police station down the road.
In Benwell, they were not long ago selling every house in this street for �1 each. I'm not kidding!
Avoid.
PS: Won't GODSKITCHEN be a little annoyed when scores of people are marching in with CRASHER t-shirts??? That's like the ultimate insult

i dont think theyd give a shit if u have an agglegence, its not like crasher kids go around throwing bottle at people from gods is it?! i always wore my crasher t shirt to sugar shack, and a lot of epopel had them in promise too, they wont stop you if you wear them.
oh aye and people going to newcastel arnt exactly gonna go to the raggy areas you two

Dumonde, all of Newcastle can be pretty rough if you're not careful, espescially on a match day. Last Saturday Ikon had a fire. It's also had about a dozen stabbings in the last year. Once I went in they had metal detectors and sniffer dogs! 
They are desperate not to get shut down. In Gateshead a month or two back a guy was stabbed and burnt to death on his way home. Another guy froze to death in a shortsleeve shirt. It aint no normal place, but damn I love it. Nowhere beats Newcastle
It is going out of the way, but if you want a taste of real nightlife, as in the beer drinkers most people on these boards seem to despise, walk along to the top of the Bigg Market from Central Station, and walk down and through the Quayside. It's excellent. HUNDREDS of bars next to each other. People collapsing, morons fighting, couples shagging, music absolutely blaring. There is nowhere like it. The quayside is a little bit more expensive, and has none of the fighting you get in the Bigg Market. Also gives a good view of the river. You won't get the chance this Saturday, as you'll be in the Arena at 9 which is when it gets good in the toon, but give it a try some time.
By the way, Luke, did you hear about what happened to Liquid? Apparently they were playing their music way too loud. Last time I went in it was considerably quieter. That is the loudest place I have ever been, or at least it was
grange town rules:

and im not exagerating, its is the biggest scum hole on this earth. sme parts of teeside r relivly normal and townish. but theres grange town and a region of stockton which r just, urgh.

and FRAY being a train station and the main fuckin station right in the centre of newcastle, well, speaks for itself!!
well.. thanks for all those stories...... i think i'll stay at home now. it sounds like i'm gonna despise newcastle from what you've said.
