the $30 tix have been sold out since last thursday. i tried to get them then with the code and no dice.

do you think pvd will play some where after its over at central park?

yes u can , when u r on the first page for the tickets, it gives u an option of buying 40$ tickets or if u go down u will see promo tickets

The tickets are either Will Call or 3 day priority shipping (+$9).
WTF? It's three months away! Why can't there be regular mail for these tickets?

Using the link posted above, I just went on the site to check, and granted i didn't completely do a transaction because i already have tickets, but it seemed that I could get them by regular mail.

Here's the options that i had -
1. ticketFast�-RECOMMENDED. Print tickets now (1.25 per order) (What's This?) *
2. UPS 2nd Day - NO P.O. BOXES (14.00) �
3. Mail �

I got them on regular delivery back when they were announced.

I didn't realize that they were being sold by both Wantickets and Ticketweb. Guess that explains things.

ive never actually been to pvd @ central park, but im considering holding out cause im goin to armin in july...what are the chances he'll be back in town before the end of 2006? pretty good no?

i think most of us would guess paul will play one 6 hour set in new york before the end of 2006...maybe november

pvd@central park is its own experience though, still worth attending.

i'm still debating whether to go or not...

Well, they sold out last year and PvD's only been getting more popular with the masses, plus they're selling tickets way early this year so I'm going to go ahead and assume they will sell out.

People were going nuts last year - paying $100 a ticket to scalpers...

You could just sit outside the arena and listen though. You're not really missing out on much if you do.

Wait... you mean to say that there will be no door price for people without tickets?! This is extremely frustrating for me, as I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it as I have yet to know what my summer schedule will be like --- I'll be in Syracuse so making the decision to go to this also means making the decision to take two 5 and a half hour long train rides.

yeah don't expect to get a door ticket.

i'd say you could probably buy em presale up to a week ahead of the event no problem....

last year we got 5 of the only 20 official tickets they sold at the door. almost didn't happen, people were mobbing me... .i'm not going through that again, and i highly would recommend avoiding such a scenario. most people in this boat were not as lucky to score the ticekts.

bah i still dont know if im going to this or even into the city. If there is an afterparty tho i might consider going to this. Last yr I met sum ta from ireland and he just bought me mad beers so it was kinda fun heh

Buy the ticket. If you can't go, just sell it. You'll probably even be able to make money back on it if you want.

hell yeah, u can sell that ticket the day of the event and make like $150 if its sold out like it was last year

armin only is gonna be better! but i'll prolly do this event again too.

after passing this for 3 years this will be my first time seeing PVD in Central Park
