No, the servers that host them might just be down. I've PM'd the people responsible for those maps.

tsetso is in Sofia during the winter and in Varna during the summer

There's already a French map though, LoginZ does it. PM him and check if he's still updating it, coz if not I can put yours in instead.

probleme :
j'ai pas trouve de carte assez grande de bonne qualite donc j'ai ete oblige de procede ainsi ......

je sais que la carte en elle est meme est laide.... mais la tienne par contre elle fait mal aux yeux

j'suis en train de trouves une meilleure carte, et quand elle sera faites, elle dechirera plus que la tienne

This map needs to be updated. You're just about 70km away from me but different state anyway
