Wasn't the show that was cancelled the one that was supposed to be in the KH 2002 or 2003 I believe.

hahah I love Laura.

I wish people in T.O. got to experience what we just did in NYC last month and in November...CRAZY parties, and PVD was sooo into it as well! I dont know his reasoning, but I hope for everyone's sake that he gets up there really soon. His productions haven't been great lately but he is still MASTER at parties

I can definitely testify to that...That weekend was definitely one of the best! If more people got to experience what we did, maybe they wouldnt be as negative about PvD.

People can believe me or not....Ive got about 2 hours of video from that night to prove it.

But to me...its still worth the money. I like his sound that much. Ill be in San Francisco to see him 5/12 at 1015 folsom.

If anyone wants to take some shots at me now...Go for it...I wont fight back.

This isn't a shot against you, but don't most of the big parties at the Guv that charge a tad more then $20 sell out?

In 04? Nice, I wish I was at that party but I saw him later on that summer. The first time I've seen him spin was in 01 @ Warehouse...changed my life.

Honestly, Kids.

I'm tired of seeing IrishAddict make good points and seeing people make stupid potshots.

Fifty bucks says I'll get in shit for speaking in her defense, but Jesus. She's smarter than the average bear. Quit being pricks.

I'll also have to back you on this. Damn, no one on here knows why he has not been back to Toronto, and honestly it doesn't matter why he hasn't because no one can tell me that WHEN he comes back it will not sell out.

I agree with you, maybe you misread what I wrote...I saying that regular Guv nights are about 15-20 dollars...but maybe more..I have a little longer drive than most, and I get there a little early. So Ive never really paid more than that unless it was Labour of love, Decadence, or Guv anniversary.

Irishaddict.....dont worry, we got your back!!!!

Heehee, thats what I was getting at...PVD coming back to TO would be a massive party, thus no small amount for the tickets.

Guess, it sounds better in my head then when I type it.

Funny that DJ Mag recognizes The Guvernment as #1 club in North America....but PvD hasnt been there in quite a while.

It sucks....and it costs me more money.

Oh well

Party On!!!!!

Do you remember when he dropped Time of Our Lives as well just after it got dark? OMG I was on Cloud Nine! The crowd loved it and Central Park looked so beautiful!

Posted by TranceDuT on Apr-11-2006 04:07:

The lasers bouncing through the trees....I remember everything.
That weekend, was the first time I saw PvD, I actually saw him the night before Central Park....in Washington DC, and his set wasnt the same.

2 Nights of PvD in a row had me convinced..and there is no going back! Ill go out of my way to see him any chance I can.

Relax, I'm kidding...if you hadn't noticed...I've travelled to see him in NYC twice in the past year as well as seeing him the last time he was in Tdot.
