Posted by Kapedano on May-17-2006 03:51:

I dont hate Miami, I dont love it. There was alot of hype about Shaq and all, and I dont think they will win a championship with him, just my opionion.

Butters time to give us some long overdue props.
barring some miracle the series we all expected since last year will happen again.NOW its time to get nervous if your a Heat fan.

and yeah REAL reason Tony missed those free throws last night, some fan was actually holding a big poster of Evas face behind the basket

someone is trying to resize the animated gif of it for me haha

fuck Rasheed Wallace, that racist SOB is everything thats wrong with the modern NBA...go Cavs!

omfg !
cavs up by 5 in the 3rd at the moment !

are we actually seeing a shift in nba supremacy at the moment ? it is a little sooner than expected, but powerhouses like detroit, new jersey, philadelphia, san antonio, la lakers (with shaq), sacramento, and san antonio are now fading, and the new group is in : miami, phoenix, la clippers (depending on if they hold on to cassell after this year), cleveland, chicago (next year they are going to thrive with deng, gordon, noicoini, and hinrich), and dallas .

the cavs won....
lead the series 3-2

amazing, donyell marshall nice game, snow almost messed it up at the end thinking there was less time on the clock, Rip wasnt able to shoot the last shot though

wow

edit:anyone just see how Damon Jones got elbowed by an own teamate during celebration...status now uncertain for Jones game 6

i say the nba mafia got damon jones ! don't mess with the nba mafia ! that's how they got jason willians, reggie lewis, bobby phills, latrell spreewell, and chris jackson (aka mahumad abdul-rauf <== apparently david stern does not like muslims, so he took him out.)

pretty weird how a drifter like donyell marshall , who has been bounced from many teams the past couple of years is keeping the team sold aground. le braun will always be le braun, but the cavs need that second scorer. larry hughes unfortunate "Accident" (the nba mafia got his brother ) left the cavs without a #2, and it looks like marshall is the cavs new #2.

would be funny if the Pistons lose Game 6 and the series, which would mean 3 straight losses following Rasheed's "guarantee"

Posted by BadBadNeil on May-18-2006 03:00:

Ok first my Uconn Huskies would play 3/4 of the game in sleeper mode and then wake up in the end. For them it was too little too late to keep them in the tourney.

Now the damn Pistons are pulling the same crap. Sleep mode till the fourth and then it's too late. How can you underestimate any team in the playoffs, its beyond me. The Pistons SHOULD win the series easily but they seem lazy. If they get by this series the teams just get tougher, man.

Cavs vs. Clippers would be my dream matchup for the Finals in terms of entertainment factor. I jumped on the Cavs bandwagon when Lebron came on and love the lovable loser Clippers rising from the ashes.

Yep definitly would actually have me watch a complete game maybe....by the way some of the games have worse ratings than parts of hockey (on NBC)...NBA losing alot of viewers

Kobe and Barkley in the TNT studio FTW haha

Posted by Kapedano on May-18-2006 04:41:

ufffffffff close win for the spurs..

Posted by LeopoldStotch on May-18-2006 04:43:

so we can hold off the emoing for one day ..
spurs win a close one.
pistons look lazy, and cavs once again capitalizes. cavs own the pistons right now.

Posted by The_One on May-18-2006 05:47:

The Spurs live to fight another day! What a game!

Posted by LeopoldStotch on May-18-2006 23:22:

Jason Terry suspended for Game 6 for punching Michael Finley during the closing seconds of Game 5. . and the NBA mafia is at it again ... wouldn't be surprised if Dallas struggles offensively in Game 6.

Posted by Eddie N MIAMI on May-18-2006 23:42:

In other news...turns out Dirk likes to sing a David Hasselhoff(sp?, german TA can confirm the spelling) tune before he shoots his free throws to help calm himself

He threw a punch so he deserves to be suspended end of.
