Rooney's been given the green light, look out World!
i reckon Rooney may even come on as a sub in the T&T or more likely the Sweden game.
I reckon the same, might aswell just for good measure on a green light, keep him as sub, if things aren't going well at say 55mins in a game then they can push him on, 35mins should be enough for the lad
Look out world indeed!
lol whatever... I'm a proud Madrid fan lol
Anyways, great news!!! I'm highly convinced that this might be the year for England... Crouch is on fire and most likely Rooney won't be needed for the first 2 games, then he can be played in the last game in order to prepare him for last 16 round.

Like that kid just bigger.
I told you all he'd play didn't I!? I've had the same injury as that and I was able to run around, play baseball and kick footballs about 5 weeks after it happened, even though my doctor said I should have waited at least 6! And I wasn't getting the super treatment that Rooney got. I think maybe the England camp made this injury out to be bigger than it was....instill a huge boost of confidence at the last minute perhaps?
Anybody read what Lehman had to say today about England and their "lack of mentality to win the WC"? Having Rooney, no matter how much the england players downplay it, is a massive boost!
Hopefully Rooney gets some time in the group stage.
even if the media blew the story out of proportion he still suffered a broken foot, we dont need to risk him at the group stage.
second round onwards though, crouch can fuck off back to robot world.

The first game Rooney had back after his last Metatarsal injury was in the Champions League and he scored a hat trick. I'm of the believe that he influences games so much that he doesn't need time to adjust to the pace of a match.
On another note, I believe Crouch will still have a part to play later in the cup as a substitute if Rooney is deemed fit.
No Isaksson against Trinidad & Tobago, Kim Kllstrm shot him so hard in the head that he got a concusion :<
