Like his ingenius plan to take computers out of schools so that teachers could just get on with teaching - that's a forward-thinking man in action

rofl, we need more of these types of people in our parliament.

If you're worried it isn't going to be enough, come over on the Friday, and head out somewhere local (Frisky in northampton was where I was last year), carry it on through the saturday morning, SSS, and an afterparty of some kind, and hey presto! 3 day session!

Posted by Spad on May-13-2002 19:14:

Me and Nita both have tickets now. Whooho! Mine's been bluetac'd to the wall in the front room, right in the centre

drizzt81: Don't forget it's not just 18 hours of GC. You've also got the pre-party, the journey there party, the carpark party (part one), the queue party, Gatecrasher Summer Sound System, the obligitory carpark party (part 2), the journey home party (definetly the most vomit-inducing of the weekend festivities) and finally the after-party.*

(please note that due to the spontinaity and randomness of UKTA meetups additional parties maybe be arrange/cancelled once the pre-party begins. UKTA Inc. accept no liability for the following:

1) Missing of trains due to laziness/stupidity/practical jokes/tiredness (drug-induced or naturally occuring)/harrasment of Rail Staff/incorrect behaviour on a public service.
2) The weather.
3) Death by misadventure.
4) Accidental freezing of pets left in car
5) this:

Please note that items left in cloakroom are left at owners own risk. However it's probably only fair to tell you that clauses such as this one have no basis in law, and should we lose anything you would be well within your rights to persue compensation.
