+3, never seen a dj underperform at that club as much as armin. seasunz, markus, acosta, and cueto all out performed him by a manhattan mile on july 2nd, if i went to this, it would only be because of markus.

Markus fucking KILLS it at Space. Seen him there 3 times and all three times he's absolutely destroyed it. You're in for a good time.

Markus always brings it when he plays Space. I have a group of about 20 people who are all going to see Markus. We all plan on sleeping all day so we can stay past 7am again.

Regardless of how many people you bring its going to get more packed than last time. Promoters are telling me there tickets are selling fast. I cant wait for Markus's set.

yes because it's friday.. and I love seasunz but all the shows he promotes get packed with the same wannabe's.

I will be there... for Markus and whoever else spins that night. but if Markus is going on at 3 am again, you can count on me being there at 2:50 am.

I don't see how a week or 2 after.. Armin in NY.. the TA's up there are making it seem like it's the best party of the year. I really can't figure it out. Armin in Miami doesn't impress me as much as those dj's that hardly ever come. [Talla anyone??]

If they wanna bring dj acts that hardly come, all Space has to do is make it on a Friday, have Seasunz and the crew promote it, and ppl will buy the tickets.

now gimme an all Markus night or maybe Edgar opening + markus main act.. 2 of Miami's best in one night.

From our experience we feel Armin isn't consistent & Markus plays 3000x better.

Credit is always given where due & unless he gives a performance like October 2005 or BETTER, he'll remain bland & not to our liking. Nothing wrong with expressing our thoughts on the boards, that's what they're here for. I still flame on PvD cuz I didn't see him in June so I really dunno exactly how he did so until then he remains crappy to me.

Whatever anyways, gimme MARKUS SCHULZ PLEASE!

I respect everyone's opinion on here, but think everyone has already beaten Armin to death over his last two trips to Space and we all know this much already:

Armin @ Space October 2005 = great epic set.
Armin @ GG Miami 2006 = good set.
Armin @ Space WMC/MMC and July 2006 = could have done a lot better.

So be it. Lets not pre-judge his September performance before it even happens. Trust me that without Armin this night would not even be happening at all, and then we would be stuck with Oscar G, Cedric, etc for another week. It Armin's name and the attendance it creates that gets LP to even open the club at all that night. So thanks to Armin you all get to see Markus as well. And all of you on TA adore Markus, and he gets booked with AVB as they are on the same label, managed by the same booking agency, and Armin likes playing with him.

And no mater how bad Armin plays, and even on his worst day, Armin is still better than what we usually get @ Space. I for one think he may be due for another breakout performance @ Space like last October, will reserve all opinions until after he plays, and will not let a "less-than-perfect" performance by anyone ruin my night on 9/1/06.
