dude to be really honest, i actually carried my glasses in my pocket but after i've been smashing it really fucking hard since friday night it wouldn't make fuck all difference since i got an absolute zero visibility either way so i didn't even bother wearing it lol!

glad i was smashing it with you dude (i didn't even know why bec went to ferris wheel and missed what possibly might've been the best set of fmf! )

and massive apologies if i annoy all you guys with my random text messages all day long! i'm going to cop it when the bills come!

Hence the reason dnb gigs and interview are the only things I've attended lately. Hopefully big parties with a smaller wanker level come round again at some point and then I'll start attending big events. Glad to see everyone had fun!

Just got told there were 2 stabbings also. Go Future!

Meh, I still had a great time. But yeah, fuck that crowd - that was quite rediculious.

Posted by FiK on Mar-12-2007 07:01:

Apart from the crowd had a killer day, would have liked to have seen infusion and sander but wasnt going to miss being front and centre for Ferry for anything, and it was worth it too he was amazing and had the crowd (even though the majority were complete idiots) going the whole time, what a legend.

Ferry Corsten - Fire

Yeah I made sure I got to that bottom part where you had to line up to get too wayyy before ferry's set, I actually got down there at 7, so spent an hour watching Carl Cox - who in my opinion rules.

He bought a house down in Melbourne too so we'll be seeing him more I hope, I loved the fact that he kept jumping on the mic and saying how much he loved Melbourne - whether he was lying or not it got people moving.

That's where metal detectors would come in handy.

The state of the dance scene in Australia saddens me, and colour me jaded but it was so much better back in the day.

yea we did similar, got down just at the end of Novy's set though. was good to see Felix and cox, hadnt seen either before and both rocked it at different parts of their sets, had some boring parts but was a good time to try and brave the crush to get to the toilets.
I was actually suprised that no one got crushed to death just in front of the bar, it was absolute chaos

Posted by Deeman on Mar-12-2007 07:29:

SANDER VAN DOORN ....!

Fark man what a crazy set I absolutely loved that shit. CHOOONZ!!!!

He pwnd that crowd and me. Best set I've heard in ages.

Gerry's little challenge brought me completely undone in that crowd.

Me to Gerry: "Where are ya?"

Gerry: "Sander, unable to move or do anything"

Me: "Same, can't walk properly lol"

Ferry rocked it for me at the end as well.

As far as the crowd goes ... OMG What's happening out there? SIGH - SCARY PEOPLE!

Posted by RaVVaR on Mar-12-2007 07:41:

Posted by DJ Patski on Mar-12-2007 07:42:

Yeah i watched Sander Van Doorn for 30 - 40 minutes, i was up at the very front against the barrier, he was rocking it.. here's a pic I took.

Posted by RaVVaR on Mar-12-2007 07:49:
