If its a dark khakis then its nicer...

White with khaki can look good but it can also look incredibly boring and uniform-y.. it all depends on the style of the top and pants and how it fits..

personally I love a cute pair of khakis (especially cargo-style) with a cute white tank top or tee

there are some awesome girl's cargos in H&M for $40 I bought myself a pair of black ones, I think they also have them in beige, white and khaki
