He is making a joke about the way you are speaking English. It is not proper form to say "I am having some relax".

It would be correct to say "I am going to relax."

Relax is not a noun, so you can't have "A relax". Relax is a verb, so you can only "go and relax".

The latter would require putting icy-hot on my leg, gimping it out to the living room and grabbing a heatpad, and stretching for thirty or fourty minutes.

It still fucking hurts so much to walk, so I think I'll be studying for a while now.
