If you're going to drink and drive just let the cop arrest you and keep your mouth shut. They will be forced to dismiss the case due to insufficient evidence. Thats what I do.

I know but they're still allowed to drive. I think they should let me get extra hammered go down to the DMV and take a driving test. That way I could be certified to legally drive while intoxicated. And they can check my BAC after the test to find out how much I'm allowed to drink.
