i was unable to make the roaches so i cannot compare.
however that was the best dekoze set i've heard period. I thought it was dark and twisted and precisely what i wanted to hear that morning.
the rain was a depressant though.

I can't comment on the 10 hour set as a whole, but from what I heard during 4 am - 8 am it wasn't that great. It didn't really do much for me, but there were a few tracks that got me going. After all the banging techno and bumpy minimal at footwork it was hard to keep me pleased at the same levels. I had loads of fun though!
New meaning to the word sketch... I somehow ripped a huge hole in my jeans which practically exposed my friends down there. Thank god it was pitch black! No way I was going home... so I wore Jackie's purple sweater around my waist. The combination of this, and the floppy elf hat that I was wearing made me look top level ridiculousness. At one point I was convinced that I was the zone... everyone was dancing inside me, haha. When the roaches dropped Pan-pot - Charly, I truly believed that I was the character that was being described in the song as I walked through the zone crowd. Also... I thought I heard Thriller being played, so I jumped up and believed I was in the the Thriller music video. Lots of zombies moves..and then after a while I realized that it actually was a remix of Thriller. Wow. hah.
After losing myself in the back area and having some detective person help me find me, it started to get hot. I couldn't deal with crowdedness and heat and so I took off back to the north pole on Booblers sled with Jackie, so that we could help Santa back home.
Julio Fey was in full force this weekend, oh my!
Chaos...
That was one of the best nights (and mornings) out in a long time.

I had a blast!! I enjoyed the Roaches set and the vibe that night was awesome.
Left around 8am with Julio Fey and Miss Tina Fey, I started to lose touch with the real world..the zone took over!

Went back a little later for a couple hours, the vibe at the point was a little ... ummm...scary
....but the tribal drums kept me moving.
P.S Cribby you worked that sweater and the elf hat...you were the ZONE that night!!!
