good advice!!! 3/30 i was drinking on an empty stomach, only had 4 drinks over 5 hours. i have never been so sick! once i had bagels and i lasted a whole lot longer...

well, my experience says that carb's don't help much at all, you need FATS.. the irish (and they know how to drink!) usually eat 'soakage' before they go out drinking, that involves a lot of fish with oil and stuff..

'twas a cold winter day, I remember it, as if it were only 1.4 years ago, i went running (10 or 15 k) in the morning, along some frozen path through the woods... i skipped breakfast afterwards, 'cause there was nothing. Day went by.. nothing happened, when it suddenly turned evening and I had to take my Brother and his GF to the place they were going to stay overnight and i went back home to take a shower and get changed, as i was supposed to meet my friends at 9pm. So by 8:30 pm, i was done changing and my mom was like.. hey, you need to eat some supper... for the lack of anything else, i had like 2 potatoes.

in addition to having supper, i had to 'prost' with my mom to celebrate the new year.. I hate champange pure, so i got some 'Cassisee' to make Kir Royals out of the boring champagne. Since I felt the need to empty the bottle, i had 5 of those.. and started feeling 'good'.. went downtown to meet my friends.

As per usual, i was early, my friends were late, so I was waiting at the Hifi store we had said we would meet, started talking to some random chick that was waiting for her friends at that place as well... Turned out, we were waiting for the same people. Anyhow, my friends showed up.
We Germans are cheap people, so instead of drinking heavily at clubs, we usually drink beforehand, so they produced a bottle (1.5l) of vodka lemon, a bottle (.75l) of vodka/ Red Bull and a bottle (.75l) of Hard Cider (apple).. I had about 1/3 of all of that between meeting them at 9:05 and getting into the club at 9:30..

we waited in line for the coat check, when i noticed that i was BEYOND wasted. i made one of my friends promise me to make sure that i don't drink more alcohol.. Well, the problem was that someone decided to give out a round of beers. That sealed my fate!

Some 3/4 beers later (and lots of being retarded) I felt the urge to relieve myself... so I did the natural thing, left the dancefloor, looked around and though to myself "no, bathrooms, well, i will just go outside and pee around the corner".. THE most intuitive thing for me to do, not, i would ask!!! I just went outside..

I had the retarded idea (I THINK) that I needed to run aournd the corner.. fell down and think to remember someone laughing at me.. which trigged my 'i'll show you' reflex. So I stormed off into the night.. and quickly noticed that I was bleeding like a bastard..

At this point, my memory gets better (I was VERY wasted) and I sobered up (thanks to Mr. Adrenaline) and did something smart! I went to where I though there would be policemen, ambulances.. and tried to look for one..

[long boring sequence of running around the predestrian precint without finding a single policeman, until someone called an ambulance for me, on which I was taken to the hospital. i was able to explain a lot of stuff to them..]

at the hospital, ~10pm, I was patched up and they 'showed' me to the sober up room. I literally fell on the strechter they had there and slept instantly!

i woke up 3 hours later (2 am) when they told me that they needed my 'bed'.. i was a lot more sober, and realized the crap i had pulled off..

I eventually got home.. met some chick on the cab ride that invited me to her party, but i was gone too much to accept -stupid me!-

anyhow, the outcome: 1 broken tooth, 1 4 cm long scar across my chin... yay!

what a night

omg...that is quite the night! wow...and you've got battle scars to remember it by too!
