same goes for pretty much all the other teams in the playoffs. Like what gives?

I really really hate the 3rd quarter.

I watched the 2nd half. Last night game what I noticed

-cp3 was on fire in the 2nd half that gave the hornets the winning hand
-girnoboli was quiet
-duncan was being blocked all night

Spurs have skills but after so many years this might be the downfall if they lose.

someone showed the stat for 2008 playoffs 18-1 at home for all teams

PS. Orlando lost but 2nd round was an improvement.

I don't understand how the Spurs can come out and shoot less than 30% for just the 3rd quarter. I guess you can say excellent defense from New Orleans but to me they were getting open looks and throwing up bricks.

Boston nearly blew that game against the Cavs

And the road team continues to lose on the damn road. I wonder when this is gonna end.

at a dead end duhhhh

Seems Lebron + cavs hit the Celtics wall. I wonder if MJ and company could of beat the Celtics of 08. Usually the bulls played teams with two all-stars not 3 or more

Phil J is back to his usual playoff antics. Sucks Sloan will lose to him again. First it was with the east and now the west. I bet if they eat together Sloan has to pay the bill
only comparison I see is.. MJ is kobe,Socttie is Gasol, and decent role players. All they need is a good down low presence and then the Championship might be there's this year.

yeah thankfully for Boston theres Mike brown, who it seems like he uh sucks.. Cavs had a nice lead and they blew it, Mike, just because a plan worked ONCE doesnt mean itll work EVERY SINGLE TIME. You have to assume they'll adjust to your adjustments.....like for example , please stop running a ball screen for LeBron. If you dont do this, Boston cannot double up on him.

mandatory Starbury update

Like, um, Gasol?

so metro. even mark jackson agrees!

Posted by Eddie N MIAMI on May-16-2008 03:21:

so the home team wins again...who woudve thunk!

these playoffs have been way to predictable

Posted by bananas on May-17-2008 19:05:

well, the lakers did it away from home

Posted by partyhopper on May-18-2008 22:36:

Quite a bounce for Pierce on that free throw, which should seal the deal for the Celtics
A very good Game 7

Posted by bananas on May-18-2008 22:45:

Indeed, great game. I feel this is it for the celtics, two 7 round serias in a row, they must run out of fuel

Posted by Eddie N MIAMI on May-19-2008 07:00:

Pierce vs Lebron was pretty cool...still not Dominique vs Bird cool though

Bynum to have surgery now. I thought they'd certainly win the title if they had him back healthy...well, still think they will.

Both conference finals should be great

Posted by partyhopper on May-20-2008 03:07:

Hornets made it a game late, but it was too little too late
Too bad they missed so many 3-point attempts late

Posted by verndogs on May-20-2008 03:12:

if San Antonio blew that game, I would have LOLed to death. They dominated most of the game, even when they couldn't get shots off

Posted by Trancealot on May-20-2008 04:30:

hornets game 7 = weak. 2nd half did not happen so game over. I believe they will be in the playoffs for the years to come so thats the only postive out of this.

Posted by Porky on May-20-2008 04:55:

why the fuck was pargo taking every single shot in the 4th?

ag no, spurs advance......

Posted by Zild on May-20-2008 11:00:

And a nice f*ck up by the Spurs to lose Game 1. Way to go Spurs!

It is standard when you're a Spurs fan. But if it is any consolation the Lakers look a lot easier to handle than the Hornets ever did.
