The thing that sells it for the 360 is that DLC will be exclusive to it for the foreseeable future.

Of course, this is banking on the hope that the DLC will be worthwhile, but if Rockstar puts their money where their mouth is, it's going to be huge.

PS3 version is still better than 360 version. Besides Your 360 will burn down after a few weeks of playing =/. PS3 will last years.
