It's because it's hearts and flowers, right? Yeah it sounds gay, but it looks dope. It's old school/traditional style...so I'll look like a sailor, lulz.

Honestly I'm not the hearts and flowers type at all. If it wasn't in the style that it it's going to be, there's no way in fuck I'd ever put it on my body.

Japanese reading: Chikara

Lira's right, though. Has to look more like this:

Definitions: (n) (1) force; strength; might; vigour (vigor); energy; (2) capability; ability; proficiency; capacity; faculty; (3) efficacy; effect; (4) effort; endeavours (endeavors); exertions; (5) power; authority; influence; good offices; agency; (6) support; help; aid; assistance; (7) stress; emphasis; (8) means; resources; (P)

My tat looks fucking AMAZING!! Got the outline done today, covers almost my whole shoulder blade. Omg I love it so much!!

The heart is all frilly, sorta like a doily; it's gonna be red, and the flower is going to be blue. It'll be colored once this has healed.

Can't wait to take pics of the final piece! NOW it's a proper tattoo!

Oh yeah, it fucking hurt like a niggering cunt on the softer spots near my arm pit. But the masochist in me loved every second of it. The tattoo artist even called me on it..."You like pain, don't you?"

Lulz.

Actually, that would be a good idea. Most people can't read that anyway but, if you do know Japanese or Chinese, it looks really weird. As a matter of fact, the reason why I asked you is because I thought it meant 刀 "katana" at first, and I wondered why you'd have the word "sword" in your arm. Then I realised you actually meant "chikara" (strenght/force/power/capacity).

Roughly speaking, it looks as if you were like an Asian Christian with the word word "Jəzus" tattooed in your arm. If you stare long enough, you can figure it out... but it looks kinda odd.

If it is the symbol that means "strength", it does mean force and power as well...

goddamn you're a fucking tease

Posted by Silky Johnson on Jun-25-2008 04:56:

Ok here's the outline. This was the best I could do with self timer + phone camera.

The darker/thicker spots are just scabby, and the redness is bruising.

Oh, and dunno if you can see the faint red line around "soul", but that's a ghost line so she knows where to shade/not shade when she does the color.

Ah, now I see what you meant with the heart being old looking.
