There's nothing worse than a fat person saying "ohhh I've tried EVERYTHING and I can't lose weight!!" What a load of horse shit. If you diet right and exercise enough you have to lose weight, it's as simple as that. Obviously sticking to it is the only thing which will make it work or not.

I remember there was an OBESE (when I say obese I mean MASSIVE) girl at my work about 3 years ago and she used to give me shit for being skinny? I never understood that.
