Right place at the right time? Yea for sure. Does he push technology and music forward? Hell yea. Number 1 though? Nah. They don't hand out gold medals based on chance. |

with techno and techno parties i can't really deal with the "elite" techno fans. what a miserable bunch. it's like they never heard of having fun. i find that it's mostly the crowd that can ruin a techno party.
plus, it gets pretty monotone after a few hours.

Didn't you hear. Techno is serious music for serious people to do serious chin-stroking to. You and your dancing, how can you appreciate music if your not rhythmically stroking your chin to it?

| Originally posted by Skipper I can't stop watching this video! The crowd looks totally bored because of this awful cheesey 80's track Richie is playing, and then out of nowhere he drops spastik on them! <3 <3 |

He may make good music for a select group of people, but he cannot be rated as number 1 dj. His style is unique, and many people associate techno with his name. However, I find that his style is a bit boring. I have seen him a few times, and when I looked at the crowd, I noticed that not many people were really into his music. I even heard a crowd chant "Boring" during his performance. He may work well playing at 5 am for the people that are still awake for various reasons, but may not be able to pump up consistently the crowds while they are still coherent. Sorry this may be a bit of a sarcastic comment, but I hope many of you know what I mean.
All I can say is that he makes good music for a certain sound following group, but cannot be rated as a great dj.
^^ Who would you consider a better dj then?
